Description

電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統
本發明係關於一種電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，乃提供監測人體臀部、外陰部影像，配合洗淨單元達到洗淨人體，以及分析***物影像健康分析之結構者。
按，馬桶是每個家庭中必備之生活用品，以提供人們每日解決生理所需。如同電子產品般，每個業者都會想對馬桶做進一步的設計或改良，以獲得民眾之喜愛，例如電腦馬桶座，其可提供使用者如廁後進行水洗清潔。然而，此些改良或馬桶裝置已隨處可見，而具有其它附屬功能之馬桶裝置卻是少之又少。
舉例而言，習用的電腦馬桶座清潔人體臀部(如肛門)，都是透過水沖洗到肛門達到清潔的效果，然而，每個人的體型、性別，甚至是乘坐馬桶的姿勢都不一樣，因此，常常會發現仍然有些許***物黏附肛門上，令使用者造成困擾。
此外，對於人體健康之其中一個辨別方式就是觀察排洩物。但一般民眾如廁後觀察自己的排洩物僅可以肉眼初步的判斷，而無從得知較準確之生理狀況，若要較精確的得知，得必須至醫療院所進行診察，相當的不便。
基於上述，本案發明人便設計一種電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，透過影像擷取裝置擷取人體臀部影像達較佳的清潔效果，並提供一般民眾於如廁後可立即地經由排洩物來精確得知自身的健康狀況。
本發明之主要目的即在於提供一種電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，透過影像擷取裝置擷取人體臀部影像供清潔人體臀部、外***，達到較佳的清潔效果。
本發明之次一目的即在於提供一種電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，該擷取單元具有水平轉動功能，並擷取***物影像提供使用者得知自身的健康狀況。
能提供上述電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統之結構者，包含有： 一馬桶座墊； 一定位輔助裝置，設置於馬桶座墊上，該定位輔助裝置具有一本體及連接該本體的連接件； 一影像擷取單元，其組設在連接件上並具有一光學定位元件，該光學定位元件與人體臀部形成第一空間； 一操控器，係電性連接於影像擷取單元，用以操作定位輔助裝置； 其中，該操控器用以控制該影像擷取單元來進行影像擷取，擷取的範圍包含有使用者的臀部或外陰部，在影像擷取後，操控器透過光學定位元件計算並調整人體臀部與連接件的相對位置，再依據第一空間與人體臀部相對位置將人體臀部影像顯示於操控器，並提供定位輔助裝置操作資訊於操控器。
因此依據本發明的技術手段，本發明可以獲得的功效簡要說明如下所列： 1.  本發明之影像擷取單元結合定位輔助裝置，如廁時，影像擷取單元自動對準人體臀部或外***，提供較佳的清潔效果。 2.  本發明之影像擷取單元具有一供其沿軸心旋轉的驅動器，藉此，影像擷取單元具有旋轉功能，透過此功能擷取***物影像提供使用者得知自身的健康狀況。 3.  本發明之連結件具有公或是母形式的接合部，且本案提供多種組配套件，使用者可依據需求替換組配套件，增進本案的產品價值。 4.  本發明之組配套件上具有可辨別***物之晶片分析單元，藉以提供收集不同類型的健康資訊。
為使貴 審查委員能對本案之特徵與其特點有更進一步之了解與認同，茲列舉以下較佳之實施例並配合圖式說明如下：
請參閱第一圖與第二圖，本發明電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統包含有：
一馬桶座墊10；
一定位輔助裝置20，設置於馬桶座墊10上，該定位輔助裝置20具有一本體21及連接該本體21的連接件22；
一影像擷取單元30，其組設在連接件22上並具有一光學定位元件31，該光學定位元件31與人體臀部形成第一空間32；
一操控器40，係電性連接於影像擷取單元30，用以操作定位輔助裝置20；
請參閱第三圖，其中，該操控器40用以控制該影像擷取單元30來進行影像擷取，擷取的範圍包含有使用者的臀部或外陰部，在影像擷取後，操控器40透過光學定位元件31計算並調整人體臀部與連接件22的相對位置，再依據第一空間32與人體臀部相對位置將人體臀部影像顯示於操控器40，並提供定位輔助裝置20操作資訊於操控器40。
透過上述機構，本發明的使用方式以及可獲得的功效如下所述：
請參閱第三圖與第四圖，該本體具有驅動定位輔助裝置20的驅動器，提供定位輔助裝置朝左、右位移或前、後調整焦距；該操控器40計算光學定位元件31與人體臀部形成的第一空間32並調整臀部與影像擷取單元30之間的焦距，其中該光學定位元件31產生一光源照射人體臀部供影像擷取單元30對焦，接著操控器40依據人體臀部特徵(如肛門、外陰部)驅動定位輔助裝置20調整連接件22的位置，將人體臀部特徵顯示在操控器40上，並提供定位輔助裝置20操作資訊於操控器40，使用者依據提示啟動清洗裝置(圖未繪出)清潔人體臀部，並配合操作操控器40得較佳的洗淨效果。進一步該操控器40具有儲存單元及傳輸單元，該儲存單元用於紀錄擷取的影像，該傳輸單元供將前述擷取的影像傳輸到如家庭醫生、醫院、檢驗所等，供專業人員判斷。
由於從***物能夠擷取健康資訊，舉例而言：血便、***物的血色素判斷有無貧血、大腸桿菌甚至是否有無直腸癌的病徵，因此，不少人都會到醫療院所或檢驗中心進行***物檢查，然而，習用方式需要特地花時間去檢驗以及若檢驗前飲食、作息不規律，可能引響檢驗數據造成誤判的問題，因此，本發明之影像擷取單元30具有一供其沿軸心旋轉的驅動器33，該光學定位元件31與***物形成一第二空間34，再依據第二空間34與***物相對位置顯示於操控器40，據此，調整影像擷取單元30與***物的焦距，並擷取***物的影像，而該操控器40具有一儲存單元(無論是有線或無線)，將擷取的檔案收集後提供給檢驗中心或醫療院所分析，得平時即可了解使用者自身健康情況，減少平常到醫療院所等待檢查及可能產生不正確的檢驗數據。
本發明連接件22具有良好的替換性，換言之，使用者可依據需求將組裝套件50組合於連接件22，舉例而言，該連接件22與該影像擷取單元30分別具有一公母形式的接合部221、35，接合部221、35可以是快速接頭、螺栓與螺母的形式皆可，因此，可快速固定結合，使用者亦可依需求替換組裝套件50將接合部，例如洗淨裝置、噴藥裝置等，藉以增進本發明的便利性。
請參閱第五圖，如第2點所述，為了便利使用者收集***物，本發明的組裝套件50具有一承載部51，該承載部51具有可辨別***物之晶片分析單元511，該晶片分析單元511可收集***物是否有大腸桿菌、血便等現象，使用者不須透過便盆夾取***物以及因收及***物造成的不適感。
綜上所述，本發明影像擷取單元30結合定位輔助單元協助位移及調整焦距，將人體臀部顯示於操控器40上，使用者可依操作提示清潔臀部或者擷取***物的影像，不僅具有較佳的清潔臀部效果外，也能對自身健康進行管理。再者，連接件22具有良好的替換性，依據需求更換組裝套件50，且其構成結構均未曾見於諸書刊或公開使用，誠符合發明專利申請要件，懇請 鈞局明鑑，早日准予專利，至為感禱。
需陳明者，以上所述乃是本發明之具體實施立即所運用之技術原理，若依本發明之構想所作之改變，其所產生之功能仍未超出說明書及圖式所涵蓋之精神時，均應在本發明之範圍內，合予陳明。

Claims (6)

  1. 一種電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，包含有：一馬桶座墊；一定位輔助裝置，設置於馬桶座墊上，該定位輔助裝置具有一本體及連接該本體的連接件；一影像擷取單元，其組設在連接件上並具有一光學定位元件，該光學定位元件與人體臀部形成第一空間；一操控器，係電性連接於影像擷取單元，用以操作定位輔助裝置；其中，該操控器用以控制該影像擷取單元來進行影像擷取，擷取的範圍包含有使用者的臀部或外陰部，在影像擷取後，操控器透過光學定位元件計算並調整人體臀部與連接件的相對位置，再依據第一空間與人體臀部相對位置將人體臀部影像顯示於操控器，並提供定位輔助裝置操作資訊於操控器；一組配套件，該組配套件具有接合部，使組配套件連結在連接件上。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，其中，該影像擷取單元具有一供其沿軸心旋轉的驅動器，該光學定位元件與***物形成一第二空間，再依據第二空間與***物相對位置將***物影像顯示於操控器。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第1或2項所述之電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，其中，該操控器具有儲存單元及傳輸單元，該儲存單元用於紀錄擷取的影像，該傳輸單元供傳輸前述擷取的影像。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，其中，該連接件與該影像擷取單元分別具有一公母形式的接合部，結合接合部使該影像擷取單元與連接件連結一體。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，其中該組裝套件具有一承載部，供收集使用者的***物。
  6. 如申請專利範圍第5項所述之電腦馬桶座之影像擷取系統，其中該承載部設有一可辨別***物之晶片分析單元。
