(54) COMPRESSOR GAS
A gas compressor is known that contains an inclined, for example, horizontal cylinder, in which a piston is placed, containing sealing rings, limiting the annular gap formed by the outer surface of the piston and the cylinder mirror, and the internal cavity communicated with the cylinder displacement using self-acting non-return valves EQ. The disadvantage of this compressor is the uneven wear of the piston rings and the cylinder due to the additional load on the piston rings and the cylinder, determined by the weight of Pyr. The purpose of the invention is to reduce the wear of the rings and the cylinder. This goal is achieved by placing bridges parallel to its axis in the piston, dividing the annular gap into two chambers, upper and lower, the latter being in communication with the working volume of the cylinder through the internal cavity. In this case, the piston is provided with an outlet tube installed in its internal cavity, and the upper chamber communicates through it with the cylinder displacement. Figure 1 shows the compressor cylinder, a longitudinal section; 4 "r.2 section A-A in Fig. .. The compressor has a horizontal cylinder I with a piston 2 fitted with rings 3 of polytetrafluoroethylene. The annular gap 4 between the mirror 5 of the cylinder, the outer surface of the piston 2 and the rings 3 is divided into the lower one: 6 and the upper 7 chambers, in conjunction with Ichkami 8, made of polytetrafluoroethylene. The lower chamber 6 is connected with the internal cavity 9 of the piston 2 through the opening 10 3 The internal cavity 9 of the piston 2 communicates with the displacement I1 of the cylinder Iprn helper self-acting non-return valves 12 and 13. The upper chamber 7 communicates with the displacement I1cnlinder I through the discharge tube 14, equipped with self-acting, external, valves 15 and 16. The compressor works in the following way. During the stroke of the piston in which the gas is compressed, the valve 12 opens and the gas through the internal cavity 9 and the opening 10 enters the power chamber 6. This opens the valve 15n gas through the discharge pipe 14 exits the upper chamber 7. During the stroke piston at which. gas expands, valve 12 is closed, and gas is supplied to the lower chamber 6 through the open valve 13. At the same time, valve 15 closes and gas from the upper chamber 7 is removed through the open valve 16. Thus, in the lower 6 and upper 7 chambers, the pressure drop is constantly maintained to compensate for the weight of the piston, as a result of which the load on the rings 3 and cylinder 1 is significantly reduced and evenly distributed over the entire diameter.
