Устройство содержит корпус 1, упорные рычаги 2, установленный в направл ющих 3 корпуса 1 плоский нож 4 бесстружечного резани  с углублени ми 5 на его плоскост х , привод надвигани  ножа 4 с гидродилиндрами 6. Корпус 1 имеет расположенные с обеих сторон ножа полости 7, в каждой из которых смонтирован подпружиненный пружиной 8 поршень 9 дозатора, причем поршень 9 перемещаетс  по полому штоку 10, который закреплен на корпусе 1.
