Abstract

The invention relates to a method and an apparatus for mounting wires (1) of high-voltage open cables, especially optical ground wires, on suspenders (3) set up therefor, said suspenders comprising a carrier (4), to which the wire (1) is secured, and a suspension element (5) for the carrier (4), by means of which the carrier is pivotably suspended to a pole structure (6). The apparatus comprises a pulley/clamping unit (2), including at least two pulleys (7), arranged removably relative to the wire (1) on opposite sides of the carrier (4) in the longitudinal direction of the wire (1) and mounted on a frame element (8) of the pulley/clamping unit (2) fastened to the suspension element (5) of the carrier (4) in a vertically adjustable fashion.
