Способ относится к медицине, в частности к оперативному лечению больных с разрывом клювовидно-ключичной связки при вывихах акромиального конца ключицы. Изобретение обеспечивает улучшение результатов хирургического лечения путем уменьшения травмирования тканей. Сущность способа заключается в подведении ленты под клювовидный отросток, просверливании ключицы с проведением через нее ленты, вправлении ключицы с гиперкоррекцией и скреплении с натяжением концов ленты между собой. При этом сначала концы ленты, проведенной под клювовидный отросток, скрепляют между собой и смещают образованный узел к клювовидному отростку, затем через канал в ключице проводят свободную от узла петлю ленты и рассекают ее, далее после вправления ключицы концы ленты связывают между собой на узел, превышающий размерами отверстие в ключице, и заклинивают его во входе в канал.
