The disadvantage of this method is that after hot-dip galvanizing the strip has a low set of mechanical properties.
В результате получены полосы с пределом прочности не менее 480 МПа и пределом текучести не менее 340 МПа [Патент RU № 2187561, МПК C21D 8/04, C21D 9/48, C21D 1/26, 2002].The closest analogue to the claimed object is a method for the production of strips of low-carbon hot-rolled steel containing in wt.%: C 0.05-0.11, Si 0.05-0.17, Mn 0.35-0.65, Ni not more than 0.25, S not more than 0.04, P not more than 0.035, Cr not more than 0.1, Cu not more than 0.25, including heating to an annealing temperature of 700-740 ° C, holding, cooling and galvanizing, while the strip at the annealing temperature is maintained for 24-95 s, and cooling is carried out to a temperature of 460-500°C at a rate of 9.4-36°C/s. As a result, strips with a tensile strength of at least 480 MPa and a yield strength of at least 340 MPa were obtained [Patent RU No. 2187561, IPC C21D 8/04, C21D 9/48, C21D 1/26, 2002].
This method does not provide high mechanical properties of galvanized strips. In addition, galvanizing hot-rolled galvanized steel at specified temperatures will not provide an acceptable quality of zinc coating.
The technical result of the invention is to improve the consumer properties of galvanized steel by increasing its mechanical properties in relation to the prototype and increasing the durability of the zinc coating.

The technical result of the invention is achieved by the fact that the method for the production of high-strength galvanized rolled products includes steel smelting, billet casting, its austenitization, hot rolling, cooling, coiling, pickling, galvanizing and annealing, while the steel contains the following components, in wt.%: carbon 0.04-0.12, silicon 0.05-0.40, manganese 1.10-1.80, phosphorus not more than 0.02, sulfur not more than 0.10, chromium not more than 0.30, nickel not more than 0.30, molybdenum not more than 0.03, copper not more than 0.30, aluminum 0.02-0.08, niobium 0.005-0.10, titanium 0.01-0.20, vanadium 0.001-0.10 , nitrogen not more than 0.10, iron and inevitable impurities - the rest. Austenitization of the billet is carried out at a temperature of 1150-1300°C for at least 2 hours, the start of finishing rolling is carried out at a temperature of 1030-1170°C and ends at a temperature of 830-940°C, the coiling of rolled products is carried out at a temperature of 500-570°C, and annealing of rolled products takes place at a temperature of 580-640°C for 100-144 seconds at a rolling speed of 40-80 m/min.
The final thickness of the resulting rolled products can be 1.2-4.0 mm.
14%.The resulting rolled products may have a relative elongation of at least 14%.
The score of non-metallic inclusions can be no more than 2.5 on average and no more than 3.5 on the maximum.
The essence of the invention.
The chemical composition and the structure obtained after hot rolling, consisting of 10% ferrite, 1% pearlite and 89% bainite (a mixture of upper and granular type), further ensure a uniform structure and high mechanical properties of rolled products.
When the carbon content is less than 0.04%, the required strength characteristics after hot rolling are not achieved. Above 0.12% carbon, elongation is reduced, which can cause processing problems for the customer.
Silicon is a deoxidizer, and also contributes to an increase in strength properties after hot rolling. The silicon content of more than 0.4% leads to a deterioration in the quality of the zinc coating due to the presence of hard-to-recover zinc oxides on the surface.
Manganese acts as a deoxidizer, an element that binds sulfur. Also, manganese increases the strength characteristics of steel after hot rolling by lowering the temperature of the beginning of the phase transformation and obtaining more non-equilibrium structural components. When the manganese content is less than 1.10%, the possibility of obtaining the required strength properties for this rolled product is significantly reduced. A manganese content of more than 1.8% leads to a decrease in plastic properties and makes it difficult for the customer to process.
Sulfur and phosphorus are harmful impurities that degrade the quality of steel, so the content of these chemical elements should be limited to less than 0.1% and 0.02%, respectively.
Titanium and niobium in the stated ranges contribute to grain refinement due to the release of the corresponding carbonitrides, which improves the strength characteristics. When their content is below the specified ranges, the impact on the grain is weak, with an increase in the content of elements, the mechanical properties do not increase significantly, but the cost of the final product increases, which is inappropriate.
Vanadium forms nitrides with nitrogen, which are located along the grain boundaries, inhibit the movement of dislocations and thereby strengthen the steel. An increase in the concentration of vanadium over 0.10% causes precipitation hardening of rolled products and leads to its precipitation at the grain boundaries in the form of intermetallic compounds. This worsens the properties and reduces the yield of suitable rolled products.
Nitrogen is a carbonitride-forming element that hardens steel. However, an increase in the nitrogen concentration in excess of 0.10% leads to a decrease in the viscous and plastic properties of steel, which is unacceptable.
Before hot rolling, the billet is heated for at least 2 hours at a temperature of 1150-1300°C. This is necessary in order to austenitize and completely dissolve the corresponding particles of the second phase: carbides, nitrides and carbonitrides of niobium and titanium.
The start of finishing rolling is carried out at a temperature of 1030 - 1170°C in order to obtain a high temperature before the end of rolling and to prevent overloading of the stand, as well as to maximize the separation of particles of the second phase.
Finish rolling is completed at a temperature of 830-940°C in order to prevent overloading of the mill stand, as well as to obtain the best flatness of the rolled profile.
Rolled coiling is carried out at a temperature of 500-570°C in order to obtain the required volume of bainite to achieve the required level of strength properties.
High-speed heating for galvanizing in the temperature range of 580-640°C and subsequent holding for 100-144 seconds at a rolling speed of 40-80 m/min allows you to fully maintain the level of hot-rolled coil properties. With an increase in the annealing temperature and an increase in the holding time, a loss of strength properties is possible due to the decomposition of nonequilibrium structural components. With a decrease in the heating temperature and a decrease in the holding time, it is possible to obtain unsatisfactory adhesion of the zinc coating due to incomplete removal of oxides from the surface of the rolled product.
Non-metallic inclusions have a negative impact on the mechanical properties of steel. When the score of non-metallic inclusions is more than 2.5 on the average and more than 3.5 on the maximum, the strength and ductility of rolled products decrease.
An example of the implementation of the method:
580-640°C.Steel was smelted in a converter, out-of-furnace treatment was carried out and poured into slabs. Then the slabs were transferred to the rolling mill-2, where they were heated to a temperature of 1150-1300°C for at least 2 hours. On mill 2000, slabs were rolled to a final thickness of 1.2-4.0 mm at a finish rolling start temperature of 1030-1170°C and finish rolling was completed at a temperature of 830-940°C. Then the rental was wound into a roll at a temperature of 500-570°C. After that, the rolled metal was subjected to pickling, galvanizing and annealing at a temperature of 580-640°C.
Table 1 shows the chemical compositions of smelted slabs with different content of elements. Table 2 shows the technological parameters and mechanical properties of the resulting high-strength galvanized steel.
According to the data presented in tables 1 and 2, if some of the specified ranges of the chemical composition and some technological parameters are not observed (example No. 1, 2), the complex of mechanical properties decreases and the acceptable quality of the zinc coating is not achieved due to the high silicon content, as a result of which difficult recoverable zinc oxides. In example No. 3, the mechanical properties correspond to the declared ones, but satisfactory adhesion of the zinc coating is not achieved due to the incomplete removal of oxides from the surface of the rolled product during annealing. If the specified ranges of chemical composition and technological parameters (examples No. 4-8) are observed, a relative elongation of more than 14% is achieved, and satisfactory adhesion of the zinc coating is also ensured.
A number of tests have shown that the use of the proposed method for the production of high-strength galvanized rolled products in compliance with the specified parameters will ensure high mechanical properties of rolled products and an acceptable quality of zinc coating.
