После завершения культивирования микроорганизма Leuconostoc mesenteroides ВКПМ В-14022 биомассу отделяли путем центрифугирования. Очищенную от биомассы культуральную жидкость переносили на стадию дальнейшей очистки. Далее проводили осаждение нативного декстрана из ферментационной массы 96 % раствором этилового спирта и высушивали осадок в сушильном шкафу при температуре (100-130) °С до постоянной массы.After completion of the cultivation of the microorganism Leuconostoc mesenteroides VKPM B-14022, the biomass was separated by centrifugation.
