В соответствии с заводскими инструкциями предприятия-производителя осуществляется комплекс работ по трансформации двухзвенной платформы, её надёжной установки на винтовые опоры и установки всех устройств, для безопасности клиентов во время посещения передвижного пункта питания. После завершения всех работ для готовности приёма клиентов разрешается вход через дверь (15) с торца прицепа и посетители, двигаясь вдоль витрин торгового оборудования, готовятся к заказу.
