Abstract

Przedmiotem wynalazku jest sposób i układ do wytwarzania paliwa w procesie odzysku frakcji podsitowej, znamienny tym, że do wyprodukowania paliwa wykorzystuje się frakcję podsitową o wilgotności 20-70% pochodzącą z zakładów przetwarzania zmieszanych odpadów. Sposób według wynalazku polega na wydzieleniu ze strumienia frakcji podsitowej metali, frakcji lekkiej, frakcji drobnej korzystnie poniżej 20mm i frakcji mineralnej. Pozostałą masę (frakcję bio) miesza się z frakcją lekką i opcjonalnie z selektywnie zbieranymi odpadami biodegradowalnymi w ilości do 49%. Tak uzyskaną mieszaninę suszy się w suszarni komorowej (6) do uzyskania wilgotności co najwyżej 20%. Pozyskany materiał wykorzystuje się jako paliwo. Pozostałe frakcje wydzielone w procesie odzysku poddaje się wykorzystaniu materiałowemu.The subject of the invention is a method and a system for producing fuel in the process of recovering the underscreen fraction, characterized in that the underscreen fraction with a moisture content of 20-70% from mixed waste processing plants is used for the production of fuel. The method according to the invention consists in separating the undersieve fraction of metals, the light fraction, the fine fraction preferably below 20 mm and the mineral fraction from the stream. The remaining mass (bio fraction) is mixed with the light fraction and optionally with separately collected biodegradable waste in the amount of up to 49%. The mixture thus obtained is dried in a chamber dryer (6) to a moisture content of 20% at the most. The recovered material is used as fuel. The remaining fractions separated in the recovery process are subject to material utilization.
