Abstract

Un acero enchapado por inmersion en caliente de acuerdo con un aspecto de la presente invencion incluye un acero base y una capa de enchapado por inmersion en caliente dispuesta en una superficie del acero base, una composicion quimica de la capa de enchapado por inmersion en caliente contiene, en % en masa, Al: 10,00% a 30,00%, Mg: 3,00% a 12,00%, Sn: 0% a 2,00%, Si: 0% a 2,50%, Ca: 0% a 3,00%, Ni: 0% o mas y menos de 0,25%, Fe: 0% a 5,00%, y lo similar, un resto que consiste de Zn e impurezas, una estructura metalografica de la capa de enchapado por inmersion en caliente contiene 5 a 45 % en area de una fase (alfa) con un diametro grano de 0,5 a 2 (micromol), la estructura metalografica de la capa de enchapado por inmersion en caliente contiene 15 a 70 % en area de una fase MgZn2, y, entre las fases (alfa) con el diametro grano de 0,5 a 2 (micromol), una relacion de area de una fase (alfa) con una relacion de orientacion (111)(alfa)//(0001)MgZn2 con la fase MgZn2 adyacente es de 25% a 100%.
