Abstract

Se hace un papel decorativo con un decorado resistente al desgaste limitando el flujo de resina de melamina a través del papel decorativo. Se coloca una capa transparente impregnada con resina de melamina parcialmente curada sobre el papel decorativo no impregnado y se cura a temperaturas de aproximadamente 110 a 155 degree C, y presiones mayores de aproximadamente 20 bar, y de preferencia de aproximadamente 51 a 102 bar, para causar que la resina de melamina fluya desde la capa transparente hacia el papel decorativo y, para curar sustancialmente de manera completa la resina de melamina. Se limita el flujo de la resina de melamina de aproximadamente 10 a 20, y de preferencia de aproximadamente 12 a 17%, en peso, de la capa transparente impregnada. Se limita el flujo de la resina de melamina en el papel decorativo impregnado a aproximadamente 1-3, y de preferencia de aproximadamente 1 a 2% en peso del papel decorativo impregnado.
