Abstract

La presente invención se refiere a el uso de leche descremada como portador de Lactobacillus para la elaboración de una composición con Lactobacillus, en donde la composición comprende paredes celulares y/o constituyentes de paredes celulares de Lactobacillus para la agregación de Helycobacgter pylori en condiciones fisiológicas, en donde las condiciones fisiológicas corresponde a condiciones de ensayo con jugo gástrico artificial que comprende una solución fresca de 5g/L de una solución de NaC1, un pH de 4.0 y 3 g/L de pepsina.
