Abstract

La presente invención se relaciona con una báscula de embalaje cuantificadora par pesar de acuerdo con el número de los productos, caracterizada porque la báscula incluye un embudo de almacenamiento, una unidad de obtención del peso de partícula unitario y una unidad de embalaje cuantificadora, en donde la unidad de obtención del peso de partícula unitario comprende un dispositivo de muestreo (2), un dispositivo de alimentación (3), un vibrador de múltiples líneas (4), un canal de almacenamiento (7), una cámara (5), un dispositivo de control de la cámara, una fuente de luz (6) y un dispositivo de entrada, en donde la unidad de embalaje cuantificadora es una báscula empacadora cuantificadora de una cabeza o una báscula empacadora cuantificadora de múltiples cabezas, y comprende un canal divisorio (9), un dispositivo de alimentación (10), embudos cuantificadores (8, 11) y un dispositivo de control de pesaje, en donde la unidad de obtención del peso de partícula unitario y todos los componentes de la unidad de embalaje cuantificadora son coordinados por PLC. La báscula de acuerdo con la presente invención puede obtener el peso de partícula unitario a tiempo, modificar el peso que está siendo empacado y así mejorar la exactitud del embalaje.
