Abstract

The invention relates to the medicine, surgery and namely to the orthopedics and traumatology. The summary of the invention consists in the fact that the intramedullar osteosynthesis is realized by the bar introduction with further introduction with further introduction of at least one thread bar at the lateral surface through each cortical strate of the proximal and distal bone's metaphysis - perpendicularly and eccentrically to the intrabone bar, by connection thereof with the longitudinal plate having the thread at one of the ends and by fragments joining. The technical result of the proposed method consists in the stable functional osteosynthesis creation.
