Abstract
The invention relates to animal husbandry, in particular to a process for obtaining a vitaminoproteic feed supplement.The process provides for the addition in the grains of citrate-ammoniacal complex of cobalt (III) with the general formula [2C6H5O7Co·C6H6O7(NH4)2·nH2O] or tartrate-ammoniacal complex of cobalt (III) with the general formula [2C4H3O6Co·C4H4O6(NH4)2·nH2O], in the concentration of 0.01…0.05 g/L, anaerobic fermentation in the presence of methanogenic bacteria in thermophilic conditions at a temperature of 53…58°C using a packing for bacteria fixation on glass spherical granules, concentration of the obtained sediment and drying thereof.The result is to increase the efficiency of biochemical fermentation of the organic substrate and improve the quality of the feed supplement.
