The invention relates to the protective substances against nonionized radiation and may be used for man protection from electromagnetic, radioactive, geopathogenic and cosmic radiations, as well as to processes for obtaining said substances.The protective substance against nonionized radiation contains water with modified structure and saturated with selenium ions in the quantity of 0,0025…0,0070 mol/L.The process for protective substance obtaining consists in that into a dielectric vessel with two electrodes is poured water heated up to the temperature of 37,7°C and there is introduced selenium, then to the electrodes there is applied constant electric current with a density of 1,5A/dm2 during 5…8 min.
