Abstract

Inventia se refera la medicina, si anume la traumatologie si ortopedie.Esenta inventiei consta in aceea ca se efectueaza reducerea deschisa a fragmentelor si fixarea lor cu o placa metalica, care se fixeaza mai distal de locul fracturii, conform tehnicii standarde - AO, iar mai proximal - cu suruburi scurte trecute doar prin stratul cortical lateral al femurului. Totodata, in jurul femurului, in locul fixarii suruburilor scurte, se trec cerclaje duble de sarma, cuprinzand capetele lor. ŕThe invention relates to medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics. The essence of the invention consists in that the open reduction of the fragments is carried out and their fixation with a metal plate, which is fixed more distally from the place of the fracture, according to the standard technique - AO, and more. proximal - with short screws passed only through the lateral cortical layer of the femur.
