Abstract

The invention relates to phycobiotechnology, in particular to a process for cultivation of cyanobacterium Spirulina platensis and can be used in the food, pharmaceutical industry and medicine.The process for cultivation of cyanobacterium Spirulina platensis includes the cultivation of spirulina for 6...8 days on the Zarrouk medium enriched with dichloro-bis(2,4,6-trimethylphenyl)germanium, which is added in the medium in the first day of cultivation in the quantity of 10...15 mg/L. At the same time, in the first three days the cultivation is carried out at a temperature of 25°C, and in the following days - at a temperature of 30°C.
