Abstract

외부로부터의 고주파잡음에 대한 전파장해내성 대책을 손감되는 일이 없이, 솔레노이드 구동등에 기인하는 신호입력 출력시스템의 그라운드전위의 변동방지를 도모한다. 제1그라운드패턴(57)과, 이 패턴에 EMI용 콘덴서(63)를 개재하여 접속되는 제2그라운드패턴(58)을 설치하고, 제2그라운드패턴(58)에 신호입력선(47∼49)을 EMI용 콘덴서(67∼69)을 개재하여 접속함과 동시에 소전류용 접지선(52)을 EMI용 콘덴서를 개재하지 않고 직접접속하고, 제1그라운드패턴(57)에 대전류용 접지선(55)를 EMI용 콘덴서(65)를 개재하여 접속한다.

차에적재용 제어장치의 EMI용 접지구조
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1도는 차에 적재용 제어장치의 EMI용 접지구조를 나타낸 종래예, 제2도는 본 발명의 실시형태의 한예를 나타낸 구성도.

Claims (4)

  1. 외부로부터의 신호를 입력하는 신호입력선과 차에적재 축전지의 그가운드측에 접속되는 소전류용 접지선과 차에 적재축전지의 그라운드측에 소전류용 접지선과는 독립하여 접속되는 대전류용 접지선등을 구비한 차에 적재용 제어장치에 있어서, 프린트기판에 형성되어 이 프린트판을 수납하는 금속케이스를 통하여 차체에 접지되는 제1그라운드패턴과, 제1그라운드패턴과는 전기적으로 독립하여 프린트기판에 형성되었고, EMI용 콘덴서를 개재하여 제1그라운드패턴에 접속되는 제2그라운드패턴 등을 구비하였으며, 제2그라운드패턴에 신호입력선을 EMI용 콘덴서를 개재하여 접속함과 동시에 소전류용 접지선을 EMI용 콘덴서를 개재함이 없이 직접 접속하여, 제1그라운드패턴에 대전류용 접지선을 EMI용 콘덴서를 개재하여 접속한 차에적재용 제어장치의 EMI용 접지구조.
  2. 청구항 1에 있어서, 차에적재용 제어장치가 차에적재축 전지의 전원측으로 접속되는 전원선을 구비하였으며, 전원선을 EMI용 콘덴서를 개재하여, 제1그라운드 패턴에 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 차에적재용 제어장치의 EMI용 접지구조.
  3. 청구항 1에 있어서, 차에적재용 제어장치가 차에적재 축전지의 전원측에 접속되는 전원선을 구비하였고, 전원선을 EMI용 콘덴서를 개재하여, 제1그라운드패턴에 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 차에적재용 제어장치의 EMI용 접지구조.
  4. 청구항 1에 있어서, 차에적재용 제어장치가 소전류용 출력선과 대전류용 출력선등을 구비하였고, 소전류용 출력선을 EMI용 콘덴서를 개재하여 제2그라운드패턴에 접속하여, 대전류용 출력선을 EMI용 콘덴서를 개재하여, 제1그라운드패턴에 접속한 것을 특징으로 하는 차에적재용 제어장치의 EMI용 접지구조.
