Abstract

원동기로부터 얻어진 동력을 고효율로 전달 또는 이용하는 동시에, 토오크의 출력축을 원동기의 출력축의 회전 방향과는 역방향으로 회전시킨다.
클러치 모터(30)는 외부 로우터(32)가 원동기(50)의 크랭크 샤프트(56)에 내부 로우터(34)가 구동축(22)에 결합되어 있다. 어시스트 모터(4)는 로우터(42)가 구동축(22)에 결합되어 있다. 이들 모터(30,40)는 제어 장치(80)에 의해 제어된다. 제어 PCU(90)는 제1구동 회로(91)를 제어하여 클러치 모터(30)에 회생 동작을 시킨다. 클러치 모터(30)는 외부 로우터(32)와 내부 로우터(34)의 미끄럼에 따른 에너지를 전력 형태로 회생한다. 제어 CPU(90)는 제2구동 회로(92)를 제어하고 이 전력을 이용하여 어시스트 모터(40)를 역방향의 역행 동작시킨다. 토오크 출력축인 구동축(22)은 크랭크 샤프트(56)의 회전 방향과 역방향으로 회전한다.

Claims (27)

  1. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고, 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 제1전동기와, 상기 제1전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 제1전동기로부터 전력을 회생할 수 있는 제1전동기 구동 회로와, 상기 토오크 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제3로우터를 갖는 제2전동기와, 상기 제2전동기를 구동하는 제2전동기 구동 회로와, 전력을 축적하는 축적 수단을 구비하는 동력 전달 장치로서, 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 제1전동기에 있어서 발생하는 토오크를 소정치 이하로 하는 동시에, 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전력을 이용하여 상기 제2전동기를 구동하고, 상기 토오크의 출력축을 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전시키는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  2. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 제1전동기와, 상기 제1전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 제1전동기로부터 전력을 회생할 수 있는 제1전동기 구동 회로와, 상기 토오크 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제3로우터를 갖는 제2전동기와, 상기 제2전동기를 구동하는 제2전동기 구동 회로를 구비하는 동력 전달 장치로서, 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 제1전동기로부터 상기 제1로우터와 제2로우터 사이에 생기는 미끄럼 회전에 따른 전력을 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 거쳐서 회생하는 동시에, 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 회생한 전력을 이용하여 상기 제2전동기를 구동하고, 상기 토오크의 출력축을 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전시키는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 전력을 축적하는 축적 수단을 또 구비하는 동시에, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 제1전동기에 의해 회생된 전력 이외에 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전력을 이용하여 상기 제2전동기를 구동하고, 상기 토오크의 출력축을 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  4. 제2항에 있어서, 전력을 축적하는 축적 수단을 또 구비하는 동시에, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 제1전동기에 의해 회생된 전력의 적어도 일부를 상기 축적 수단에 축적시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 축적 수단에 있어서의 축적된 전력의 잔류 용량을 검출하는 잔류 용량 검출 수단과, 상기 검출된 잔류 용량이 소정치 이하인 경우에는 상기 원동기의 출력축의 회전수를 증가시켜서 상기 제1전동기로부터 회생되는 전력을 증가시키는 회생 전력 증가 수단을 또 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  6. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 전동기와, 상기 전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 전동기를 구동하는 전동기 구동 회로와, 전력을 축적하는 축적 수단을 구비하는 동력 전달 장치로서, 상기 전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전력을 이용하여 상기 전동기를 구동하고, 상기 전동기에 의해 상기 토오크의 출력축에 있어서 상기 제1방향과 역방향인 제2방향의 토오크를 발생시키고, 상기 토오크의 출력축을 상기 제2방향으로 회전시키는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  7. 제6항에 있어서, 상기 원동기의 출력축이 회전을 정지하고 있을 때에는 상기 제어 수단은 상기 전동기에 의해 상기 토오크의 출력축에 있어서 발생하는 토오크로서, 상기 원동기의 출력축이 갖는 정지 최대 마찰 토오크 이하의 토오크를 발생시키는 동력 전달 장치.
  8. 제6항 또는 제7항에 있어서, 상기 원동기의 출력축 및 상기 토오크의 출력축 중 한 쪽 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 로우터를 갖는 전동기를 또 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  9. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 제1전동기와, 상기 제1전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 제1전동기로부터 전력을 회생할 수 있는 제1전동기 구동 회로와, 상기 토오크 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제3로우터를 갖는 제2전동기와, 상기 제2전동기로부터 전력을 회생할 수 있는 제2전동기 구동 회로를 구비하는 동력 전달 장치로서, 상기 토오크의 출력축이 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전하고 있을 때 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 제2전동기로부터 전력을 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 거쳐서 회생하고, 상기 제2전동기에 의해 상기 토오크의 출력축에 있어서 상기 제1방향으로 토오크를 발생시키는 동시에, 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 회생한 전력을 이용하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하고, 상기 제1전동기에 의해 상기 토오크 출력축에 있어서 상기 제2방향으로 토오크를 발생시키는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 상기 토오크 출력축에 있어서 상기 제2전동기에 의해 발생하는 토오크는 상기 제1전동기에 의해 발생하는 토오크 보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  11. 제9항 또는 제10항에 있어서, 상기 원동기가 회전을 정지하고 있을 때는 상기 제어 수단은 상기 제1전동기에 의해 상기 토오크 출력축에 있어서 발생하는 토오크로서 상기 원동기의 출력축이 갖는 정지 최대 마찰 토오크 이하의 토오크를 발생시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  12. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 제1전동기와, 상기 전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하는 제1전동기 구동 회로와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제3로우터를 갖는 제2전동기와, 상기 제2전동기를 구동하는 제2전동기 구동 회로와, 전력을 축적하는 축적 수단을 구비하는 동력 전달 장치로서, 상기 원동기의 출력축의 회전을 정지시키고, 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 원동기의 출력축이 회전하지 않도록, 상기 제2전동기에 의해 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전력을 이용하여 상기 원동기의 출력축을 고정시키는 동시에, 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전력을 이용하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하고, 상기 토오크 출력축을 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전시키는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  13. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 제1전동기와, 상기 전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하는 제1전동기 구동 회로와, 상기 원동기 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제3로우터를 갖는 제2전동기와, 상기 제2전동기로부터 전력을 회생할 수 있는 제2전동기 구동 회로를 구비하는 동력 전달 장치로서, 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 제2전동기로부터 전력을 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 거쳐서 회생하는 동시에, 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 회생한 전력을 이용하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하고, 상기 토오크의 출력축을 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전시키는 제어 수단을 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  14. 제13항에 있어서, 전력을 축적하는 축적 수단을 구비하는 동시에, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 제2전동기에 의해 회생한 전력 이외에 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전력을 이용하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하고, 상기 토오크 출력축을 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  15. 제13항에 있어서, 전력을 축적하는 축적 수단을 또 구비하는 동시에, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 제2전동기에 의해 회생한 전력의 적어도 일부를 상기 축적 수단에 축적시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  16. 제1항 내지 제8항 및 제2항 내지 제15항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 시프트 포지션이 후진 포지션에 있는지를 검출하는 검출 수단을 또 구비하는 동시에, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 검출 수단이 후진 포지션에 있음을 검출한 때에 상기 토오크 출력축을 제2방향으로 회전시키는 제어를 개시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  17. 원동기가 출력하는 기계적 에너지를 제1회전축을 거쳐서 제1전동기에 전달하는 동시에, 제2전동기에 있어서 얻어진 기계적 에너지를 일부 제2회전축을 거쳐서 제1전동기에 전달하고, 상기 제1전동기에 있어서 전달된 상기 기계적 에너지를 전기적 에너지로 변환하여 취출하고, 상기 제2전동기에 있어서 상기 제1전동기로부터 취출된 전기적 에너지를 기계적 에너지로 변환하고, 얻어진 상기 기계적 에너지 중 상기 제1전동기에 전달된 기계적 에너지를 제외한 나머지 기계적 에너지를 출력축으로부터 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 제1전동기에서 추출된 상기 전기적 에너지를 축적 수단에 축적하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.
  19. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전기적 에너지를 상기 제2전동기에 공급하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치.

  21. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 제1전동기와, 상기 제1전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 제1전동기로부터 전력을 회생할 수 있는 제1전동기 구동 회로와, 상기 토오크 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제3로우터를 갖는 제2전동기와, 상기 제2전동기를 구동하는 제2전동기 구동 회로를 구비하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법으로서, 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 제1전동기로부터 상기 제1로우터와 제2로우터 사이에 생기는 미끄럼 회전에 따른 전력을 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 거쳐서 회생하는 공정과, 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 회생한 전력을 이용하여 상기 제2전동기를 구동하고, 상기 토오크의 출력축을 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법.
  22. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 전동기와, 상기 전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 전동기를 구동하는 전동기 구동 회로와, 전력을 축적하는 축적 수단을 구비하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법으로서, 상기 전동기 구동회로를 제어하여 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전력을 이용하여 상기 전동기를 구동하고, 상기 전동기에 의해 상기 토오크의 출력축에 있어서 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향의 토오크를 발생시키고, 상기 토오크의 출력축을 상기 제2방향으로 회전시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법.
  23. 제22항에 있어서, 상기 공정은 상기 원동기와 회전을 정지하고 있을 때는 상기 전동기에 의해 상기 토오크 출력축에 있어서 발생하는 토오크로서 상기 원동기의 출력축이 갖는 정지 최대 마찰 토오크 이하의 토오크를 발생시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법.
  24. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 제1전동기와, 상기 제1전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 제1전동기로부터 전력을 회생할 수 있는 제1전동기 구동 회로와, 상기 토오크 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제3로우터를 갖는 제2전동기와, 상기 제2전동기로부터 전력을 회생할 수 있는 제2전동기 구동 회로를 구비하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법으로서, 상기 토오크의 출력축이 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전하고 있을 때 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 제2전동기로부터 전력을 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 거쳐서 회생하고 상기 제2전동기에 의해 상기 토오크의 출력축에 있어서 상기 제1방향으로 토오크를 발생시키는 제1공정과, 상기 토오크의 출력축이 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전하고 있을 때 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 회생한 전력을 이용하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하고, 상기 제1전동기에 의해 상기 토오크 출력축에 있어서 상기 제2방향으로 토오크를 발생시키는 제2공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법.
  25. 제24항에 있어서, 상기 제2공정은 상기 원동기가 회전을 정지하고 있을 때는 상기 제1전동기에 의해 상기 토오크 출력축에 있어서 발생하는 토오크로서, 상기 원동기의 출력축이 갖는 정지 최대 마찰 토오크 이하의 토오크를 발생시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법.
  26. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제1로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 제1전동기와, 상기 제1전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하는 제1전동기 구동 회로와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제3로우터를 갖는 제2전동기와, 상기 제2전동기를 구동하는 제2전동기 구동 회로와, 전력을 축적하는 축적 수단을 구비하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어방법으로서, 상기 원동기의 출력축의 회전을 정지시키는 공정과, 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 원동기의 출력축이 회전하지 않도록, 상기 제2전동기에 의해 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전력을 이용하여 상기 원동기의 출력축을 고정시키는 공정과, 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 축적 수단에 축적된 전력을 이용하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하고, 상기 토오크의 출력축을 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법.
  27. 출력축을 갖고, 상기 출력축을 제1방향으로 회전시키는 원동기와, 상기 원동기의 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제1로우터와, 상기 제1로우터와 전자적으로 결합하고 상기 제1로우터에 대해 상대적으로 회전할 수 있는 제2로우터를 갖고, 상기 제2로우터에 기계적으로 결합된 회전축을 토오크 출력축으로 하는 제1전동기와, 상기 전동기에 있어서의 상기 제1 및 제2로우터 사이의 전자적인 결합을 제어하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하는 제1전동기 구동 회로와, 상기 원동기 출력축에 기계적으로 결합하는 제3로우터를 갖는 제2전동기와, 상기 제2전동기로부터 전력을 회생할 수 있는 제2전동기 구동 회로를 구비하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법으로서, 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 제2전동기로부터 전력을 상기 제2전동기 구동 회로를 거쳐서 회생하는 공정과, 상기 제1전동기 구동 회로를 제어하여 상기 회생한 전력을 이용하여 상기 제1전동기를 구동하고, 상기 토오크의 출력축을 상기 제1방향과는 역방향인 제2방향으로 회전시키는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 동력 전달 장치의 제어 방법.
