Abstract

높은 생산성을 가진 불화탄화수소를 제조하기 위하여, 그리고 그 목적을 위한 촉매 및 촉매 제조방법을 제공하기 위하여, 필수ㆍ구성 성분으로서 Cr, Ga, O 및 F로 이루어지고, Ga/Cr 원자비가 0.001~0.15인 크롬-기재 불화 촉매를 제공한다. 촉매를 특히 산화물 또는 수산화물의 전구체를 불화하여 제조한다. HF와 할로겐화 탄화수소를 가스상으로 이 촉매의 존재하에 접촉시킨다.

Claims (13)

  1. 필수 구성 성분으로서 크롬, 갈륨, 산호 및 불소를 함유한 크롬-기재 불화 촉매로서, 크롬에 대한 갈륨의 원자비가 0.001~0.15인 크롬-기재 불화 촉매.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 크롬에 대한 갈륨의 원자비가 0.003~0.05인 크롬-기재 불화촉매.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 추가로 코발트, 니켈, 아연 및 카드뮴 중에서 선택된 적어도 한 종류의 성분을 함유한 크롬-기재 불화 촉매.
  4. 크롬 성분과 갈륨 성분을 함유한 촉매 전구체를 불소 가스, 불화수소 또는 불소-함유 탄화수소와 접촉시키고, 불화 처리를 수행하여 촉매를 얻는 것으로 이루어진, 제1항에 따른 크롬-기재 불화 촉매의 제조방법.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 촉매 전구체가 산화물 및/또는 수산화물인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 촉매 전구체를 공침법에 의해 제조하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  7. 제5항에 있어서, 촉매 전구체를 합침법에 의해 제조하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  8. 제4항에 있어서, 환원 가스를 함유한 분위기에서 350~500℃의 온도에서 열처리된 촉매 전구체를 사용하는 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 환원 가스가 수소인 것이 특징인 제조방법.
  10. 불화수소와 할로겐화 탄화수소를 제1항에 따른 크롬-기재 불화 촉매의 존재하에 가스상으로 접촉시키는 것이 특징인 할로겐화 탄화수소의 불화방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 할로겐화 탄화수소가 수소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소인 것이 특징인 불화방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 수소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소가 디클로로메탄, 클로로플루오로메탄, 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄, 1,1-디클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄 및 1-클로로-2,2,2,-테트라플루오로에탄 중에서 선택된 성분인 것이 특징인 불화방법.
  13. 제12항에 있어서, 수소-함유 할로겐화 탄화수소가 1-클로로-2,2,2-트리플루오로에탄인 것이 특징인 불화방법.
