Abstract

물 증류 시스템(10)이 개시된다. 이 시스템(10)은 비등 챔버(11) 및 응축챔버(11) 및 응축챔버(12)를 갖추고 있다. 물은 유입관(13)을 통해 배기 챔버(15)에 공급되며, 이 배기 챔버에서는 휘발성 기체가 물로부터 제거된다. 물은 비등 챔버(11) 중에서 증발되며 이어서 증기는 응축 챔버(12) 중에서 응축된다. 증류수를 물 저장 탱크(30) 중에 수집하며 시스템(10)내에서 실질적 진공을 제공하기 위해 펌퍼(28) 및 포획 장치(27)를 갖추고 있다.

제1도는 첫번째 실시 태양의 물 증류 시스템의 개략도이다,
제2도는 제1도의 물 증류 시스템의 컷 어웨이(cutaway) 전면도로서 하우징내의 시스템의 배치도이다,
제3도는 측면 패널이 제거된, 제2도의 하우징의 좌측도이다,
제4도는 제2도의 하우징의 후면도이다,
제5도는 두번째 실시 태양의 물 증류 시스템의 개략도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 일련의 증발기, 응축기 및 저장 탱크가 연결된 장치부, 상기 일련의 장치부에 연결되어 증발기 및 응축기에 실질적인 진공을 제공하는 진공 펌프 수단, 상기 일련의 장치부에 공급수를 제공하는 물 유입구 및 상기 저장 탱크로부터 물을 배출하기 위한 물 유출구, 및 상기 일련의 장치부 내에 제공되어 상기 물을 상기 증발기내에서 수증기로 증발시키고 이 수증기를 상기 응축기내에서 물로 응축시키기 위한 열 교환 수단을 포함하는 물 증류 시스템.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 증발기에 배기 챔버가 연결되고, 이 배기 챔버에 물을 공급할 수 있어 상기 공급수 중에 용해된 기체를 배기시키고 상기 비등 챔버 중의 공급수의 수준을 유지시킬 수 있는 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열 교환 수단이 상기 증발기 및 응축기내의 관을 통과하는 냉매, 및 상기 냉매를 상기 관을 통해 압축 및 펌프질시키기 위한 압축 수단을 포함하는 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 상기 열 교환 수단이 상기 증발기 내에 증발기 코일을, 그리고 상기 응축기 내에 응축기 코일을 포함하는 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 상기 저장 탱크 중 물이 상기 저장 탱크내에 위치한 냉각 코일을 통해 냉매를 통과시킴으로써 냉각될 수 있는 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 진공 펌프 수단이 그 안에 물을 포획하기 위한 포획 장치 및 순환관 둘레의 저장 탱크로부터 물을 펌프질하기 위한 순환 펌프를 포함하는 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  7. 제2항에 있어서, 물 유입구가 공급수의 유입을 조절하기 위한 조절 밸브 수단을 갖춘 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  8. 제7항에 있어서, 상기 증발기가 그 중에 포함된 물 및 기타 오염물질을 증발기로부터 제거하도록 작동가능한 유출 조절 밸브를 갖춘 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 시스템이 상기 물 저장 탱크로부터 물을 수용하는 온수 저장 탱크를 포함하며, 이 때 이 온수 저장 탱크로 가열 부재를 갖춘 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 비순환 밸브가 상기 저장 탱크 및 상기 온수 저장 탱크 사이에 위치한 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  11. 제1항 내지 10항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시스템이 작동하는 동안, 비등 챔버가 35-55℃의 온도내에서 유지되는 것인 물 증류 시스템.
  12. 제1항 내지 11항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 시스템이 작동하는 동안 상기 저장 탱크 중의 물이 4-7℃의 온도내에서 유지되는 것인 물 증류 시스템.
