Abstract

조립작업성을 개선한 콤팩트한 광자기디스크, 신호복조회로와 구동장치 제어회로와 음성코일 모터를 구동하는 구동회로를 갖는 제1인쇄 배선판이 드라이브 베이스의 표면측에 탑재되어 있다. 제1인쇄 배선판의 이면에는 제1코넥터가 탑재되어 있다. 드라이브 베이스에는 대물렌즈를 갖는 이동광학 어셈블리가 이동가능하게 탑재되고, 드라이브 베이스의 배면측에 레이저 구동모듈 및 광검출기를 갖는 고정 광학 어셈블리가 탑재된다. 고정광학 어셈블리는 제2코넥터를 갖는 제2인쇄 배선판을 포함한다. 제1 및 제2인쇄배선판은 제1 및 제2코넥터를 통해서 접속된다.

Claims (7)

  1. 개구를 갖는 드라이브 베이스와;전기 드라이브 베이스에 탑재된 스핀들 모터와;전기 드라이브 베이스에 이동가능하게 탑재되어, 빔상승 미러와, 대물렌즈와, 이 대물렌즈의 초점을 맞추게 하는 렌즈 액추에이터를 갖는 이동광학 어셈블리와;전기 드라이브 베이스에 탑재되어 전기 이동광학 어셈블리를 이동시키는 액추에이터 수단과;전기 드라이브 베이스의 표면측에 탑재되어, 신호 복조회로와, 구동장치 제어회로와, 액추에이터 수단을 구동하는 구동회로를 갖는 제1인쇄배선판과;전기 제l인쇄배선판의 이면에 탑재된 제1코넥터와;전기 드라이브 베이스의 이면에 탑재되어, 헤드베이스와, 전기 헤드베이스에 부착된 레이저 빔 발생수단과, 전기 헤드 베이스에 부착된 광검출기와, 전기 레이저 빔 발생수단을 구동하는 레이저 구동회로와 전기 광검출기로 광-전기 변환된 전기신호를 증폭하는 전치 증폭기를 가지고 전기 헤드 베이스에 부착된 제2인쇄배선판을 포함한 고정광학 어셈블리와;전기 제2인쇄배선판의 표면에 탑재되어, 전기 드라이브 베이스의 개구를 통해서 전기 제1코넥터에 결합하는 제2코넥터를 구비한 광디스크 구동창치.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 제2코넥터를 지지하는 탄성부재를 더 구비한 광디스크 구동장치.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 제1인쇄배선판의 하측에서 전기 드라이브 베이스상에 탑재되어, 셔터 개/폐암을 갖는 광디스크 카트리지 적재 어셈블리와;전기 광디스크 카트리지 적재 어셈블리와 전기 제1인쇄 배선판간에 개재하여, 외주에 밀봉부재가 부착된 절연시트를 더 구비한 광디스크 구동장치.
  4. 제3항에 있어서, 전기 드라이브 베이스의 측면에 부착된 프레임을 더 구비한 광디스크 구동장치.
  5. 제4항에 있어서, 전기 드라이브 베이스에 각각 고정된 위 뚜껑과 밑뚜껑을 더 구비한 광디스크 구동장치.
  6. 제4항에 있어서, 복수의 방진고무를 더 구비하며, 전기 프레임은 전기 방진고무를 통해서 전기 드라이브 베이스의 측면에 부착된 광디스크 구동장치.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 전기 제2인쇄배선판은 가요인쇄배선판이며, 레이저 구동회로와 전치 증폭기를 탑재하는 표면이 꺾어진 인쇄배선판의 내측에 위치하도록 한 광디스크 구동장치.
