Abstract

본 발명은 스크롤압축기에 관한건으로서, 특히 흡입실 (110)을 갖는 캡부재(6)를 고정스크롤(4)과 선회스크롤(3)을 포함하는 프레임(5)에 결합하고, 고정스크를 (4)에는 고정배압실(430)과 승강안내수단(7)을 형성하는 한편 홉입관(100)을 상기 캡부재(6)의 흡입실(110)에 직접 결합한 특징적인 구성에 의해, 압축실(111)의 이상고압시 승강안내수단(7)에 의해 고정스크롤이 축방향으로 정숙하게 이동하여 익간격이 벌어지지 않고, 또한 홉입되는 냉매개스의 체적팽창이 방치되어 압축효율이 증가하는 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 하우징과, 하우징내에 내장된 모토수단과, 모터수단과 편심적으로 연결되어 회전하는 선회스크롤과, 상기 선회스크롤과 연통하여 냉매를 압축하는 압축실을 형성하는 고정스크롤과, 상기 선회스크롤과 고정스크톨을 내장하고 외부냉매관과 연통하여 냉매흡입실로 구성된 스크롤압축기에 있어서, 상기 흡입실과 고정스크를사이에 설치되어 상기 압축실의 압력에 따라 고정스크롤을 축방향으로 소정거리 이동을 안내하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 륵징으로 하는 스크롤압축기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 고정스크롤을 선회스크톨쪽으로 축방향 억압하는 수단(430, 431)을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 승강안내수단은 상기 압축실의 이상고압시 고정스크롤을 선회스크롤로부터 소정거리 이격되도록 고정스크롤을 탄성지지하는 수단(7, 700, 710, 727, 730)과, 고정스크를의 축방향 이동을 안내하는 수단(420, 410, 411)으로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 흡입실은 상기 선회스크롤과 편심연결된 상기 모터축을 밀봉지지하는 프레임과, 상기 하우징과 접해있고, 외부냉매 흡입관과 연통된 외통과, 고정스크롤의 냉매토출공과 연통하는 개구를 갖는 캡부지로 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스크롤압축기.
