본 발명은 1회용 비닐장갑의 성형방법 및 그 장치에 관한 것으로, 비닐원판(1)을 공급이송시키면서 프레스 성형기(6)에서 1회용 비닐장갑(4)을 성형시키되, 상기 프레스 성형기(6)의 상부가동다이(15)에 부착된 성형칼날(18)의 선단(18a)이 내측면은 수직을 이루고 외측면은 경사지게 형성되어 있는 한편, 하부고정다이(14)에는 성형칼날(18)의 전단충력력을 흡수할 수 있도록 고무판(21)과 실리콘테이프(22) 및 테프론테이프(23)가 차례대로 적층되어 이루어진 받침판(20)이 설치되며, 상기 성형칼날(18)에 의해 형성된 비닐장갑(4)이 비닐원판(1)과 완전히 분리되어 떨어지지 않고 쉽게 분리시킬 수 있는 상태로 쉽게 연결되어 인출로울러(7)에 의해 수평 상태로 인출되면서 비닐장갑(4)의 단위길이만큼씩 절단되며, 이 절단된 단위비닐장갑요소(3)에서 부터 비닐장갑(4)과 단위비닐원판(1a)을 손으로 쉽게 분리하여 최종적으로 비닐장갑(4)을 원하는 바의 매수대로 가지런하게 얻을 수 있도록 한 것이다.(대표도면 : 제1도)The present invention relates to a method for forming disposable vinyl gloves and apparatus therefor, wherein the disposable vinyl gloves (4) are molded in a press molding machine (6) while supplying and transporting the vinyl disc (1).
