타이어식 굴삭기의 예비타이어 장착장치

본 고안은 건설중장비인 타이어식 굴삭기의 예비타이어의 장착장치에 관한 것이다.
종래 타이어식 굴삭기는 제3도와 같이 예비타이어를 장착할 수 없는 구조이여서 조악한 지형 및 강력한 작업환경으로 인하여 타이어가 자주 파손 또는 펑크나고 있으나 별도로 예비타이어를 운반하여 교체설치하는 비기동성인 작업이여서 능률이 저하되었던 결점이 있었다.
본 고안은 이와같은 종래의 결점을 제거코져 굴삭기 측면 하부 전후 축간에 예비타이어를 장착할 수 있는 기구적 구조를 설치한 것으로서 그 요지를 첨부 도면에 의하여 상세히 설명하면 다음과 같다.
통상의 타이어식 굴삭기(1)에 있어서, 전후타이어(2)(3)의 측면 축간사이에 설치되는 휀더(4)의 하부에 공간부(5)를 형성하고 이 공간부(5)에 예비용 타이어(6)를 삽입한 후 볼트(7), 너트(8)를 고정시킨 구조이다.
이와같이된 본 고안은 일반적으로 쓸모없는 휀더(4)의 하부공간에 간단한 철판용접으로서 공간부(5)를 확보하고 이에 예비타이어를 장착할 수 있는 것이므로 작업중인 타이어가 파손 또는 펑크가 나더라도 그자리에서 쉽고 신속하게 예비타이어를 교체할 수 있어서 타이어 교체에 관한 필요없는 이동을 생략하고 기동성 있는 작업을 수행할 수 있는 것이다.

  1. 통상의 타이어식 굴삭기(1)에 있어서, 전후타이어(2)(3)의 측면 축간사이에 설치되는 휀더(4)의 하부에 공간부(5)를 형성하고 이 공간부(5)에 예비용 타이어(6)를 삽입한 후 볼트(7), 너트(8)로 고정시킨 것을 특징으로 하는 타이어식 굴삭기의 예비타이어 장착장치.
