Claims (24)

  1. (가)적어도 1.0×106또는 적어도 3.0의 M2z/MW비, 그리고, (나)적어도 12×10-5cm2/dyne의 평형 컴플라이언스 Jeo또는 1 sec-1에서 적어도 5×10-5cm2/dyne의 단위응력 당 회복가능한 전단스트레인 Sr/S으로 특징지어지는 폴리프로필렌의 폼시이트.
  2. 보다 높은 분자량 분율이 가지달린 중합체를 포함하는 이종류의 분자량분포를 가지는 폴리프로필렌의 폼 시이트.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트가 2.5내지 25.0lbs/ft3의 밀도와 10,000 내지 50,000psi의 굽힘계수를 가지는 폼 시이트.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트가 5내지 18mil의 범위의 세포를 갖는 폼 시이트.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트가 0.020 내지 0.200inch의 두께를 가지는 폼 시이트.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 시이트가 한쪽 또는 양쪽면상에 실제적으로 비-세포상의 외부층 또는 껍질을 가지는 폼 시이트.
  7. 펠렛화된 폴리프로필렌과 결정생성제를 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 가소화하고, 실제적으로 가소화된 혼합물내로 물질적 발포제를 주입하여 발포혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 발포 혼합물을 성형된 압출물로 압출하고, 그리고상기 발포 압출물을 연속 폼 시이트로 성형하는 단계들을 포함하는 폴리프로필렌 폼 시이트를 제조하는 방법.
  8. 펠렛화된 폴리프로필렌과 결정생성제를 혼합하고, 상기 혼합물을 가소화하고, 실제적으로 가소화된 혼합물내로 물리적 발포제를 주입하여 발포 혼합물을 형성하고, 상기 발포 혼합물을 혼합 및 냉각하고, 상기 발포 혼합물을 성형된 압출물로 압출하고, 그리고 상기 발포 압출물을 연속 폼 시이트로 성형하는 단계들을 포함하는 (가)적어도 1.0×106또는 적어도 3.0의 Mzz/Mw비, 그리고, (나)적어도 12×10-5cm2/dyne의 평형 컴플라이언스 Jeo또는 1 sec-1에서 적어도 5×10-5cm2/dyne의 단위응력 당 회복가능한 전단스트레인 Sr/S으로 특징지어지는 폴리프로필렌의 폼 시이트를 제조하는 방법.
  9. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 시이트가 2.5 내지 25.0lbs/ft3의 밀도와 10,000 내지 50,000psi의 굽힘계수를 가지는 폼 시이트.
  10. 제8항에 있어서, 상기 시이트가 5내지 18mil의 범위의 세포를 갖는 폼 시이트.

  18. 제17항에 있어서, 상기 성형몰드가 트레이, 플레이트, 컵, 보울 및 접시 형태로 이루어지는 그룹으로부터 선택된 배치를 가지는 방법.
  19. 적어도 하나의 폴리프로필렌 폼 시이트의 층과 적어도 하나의 기능성 중합체층을 포함하는, 포장용의 강성 또는 반-강성의 제품을 성형하는데 유용한 다중층이진 폼 시이트.
