Description

열가소성 수지제의 벌집구조의 단면재, 단면재의 압출헤드 및 그 제조방법
본 내용은 요부공개 건이므로 전문내용을 수록하지 않았음
제1,2도는 본 발명의 한 장치의 단면도이다. 제3도는 본 발명에 따라 구현된 단면재(profile)의 개략도이다. 제4도는 본 발명의 벌집구조의 간막이 형태들이다.

Claims (8)

  1. 단면재 또는 튜브의 세로축에 거의 수직으로 배치된 벌집구조를 형성하며 공극으로 서로 분리된 내부벽들로 서로 결합된 내부벽 및 외부벽으로 구성된 벌집구조의 열가소성 수지제 단면재 또는 튜브의 압출장치에 이용가능한 압출헤드에 있어서, 전술한 압출헤드는 적어도 일종의 열가소성 수지의 통로용인 거의 겹쳐진 3개의 도관으로 나누어져 있으며, 중간 도관은 단면재 또는 튜브의 내벽을 형성하는 물질의 통로로서 작용하며, 중간 도관의 플럭스 물질을 때로는 표면의 벽들을 형성하는 플럭스를 통과시킬 수 있는 도관쪽으로 때로는 또다른 표면벽들을 형성하는 플럭스를 통과시킬 수 았는 도관쪽으로 우회시킬 수 있는 압력변동을 교대로 유발할 수 있는 수단을 그의 출구에 가짐을 특징으로 하는 압출 헤드.
  2. 압출헤드(1) 및 압출용구(2)로 구성된 압출장치에 있어서, 제1항에 따른 압출헤드(1)는 압출용구에 대응하는 3개의 도관과 같은 수준에서 거의 겹쳐진 3개의 도관(3), (4) 및 (5)로 분할되어 있고 반대쪽에서 적어도 하나의 압출기의 공급도관에 연결되어 있으며, 두개의 도관(3) 및 (5)는 단면재의 외부벽 또는 튜브의 외부 및 내부벽을 구성하는 물질의 통로로서 작용하며, 중간 도관(4)은 벌집 벽을 제조하기 위한 물질의 통로로서 작용하며, 벽들을 구성하는 물질의 통로로서 작용하는 각각의 도관은 첨부 도관(7) 및 (8)에 의하여 중간 도관과 분리되어 있고, 이들 첨부 도관(7) 및 (8)은 관(11)에 의해 장치의 외부와 연결되고, 이들 말단 중의 하나로 벽돌을 구성하는 물질의 통로로서 작용하는 전술한 도관들의 것과 거의 동일한 수준으로 연장되어 있음을 특징으로 하는 압출장치.
  3. 제2항에 있어서, 압출용구는 압출구금(2a) 및 압출 만드렐(2b)로 구성됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  4. 제2 또는 3항에 있어서, 두개의 외측 도관의 출구의 두께는 전술한 도관의 출구의 단면재에 작용할 수 있는 이동가능한 굄쇠(9) 및 (10)의 수단으로 조절됨을 특징으로 하는 장치.
  5. 단면재 또는 튜브의 세로축에 거의 수직으로 배치된 벌집구조를 형성하는 공극으로 서로 분리되어 있는 내부 벽들에 의해 서로 결합된 내부 표면 및 외부 표면으로 구성된 벌집구조의 열가소성 수지제 단면재 또는 튜브의 제조방법에 있어서, 거의 평행한 3개의 열가소성 플럭스 물질로 부터 3개의 덩어리를 형성할 수 있도록 압출용구의 3개의 도관에 연결되어 있는 거의 겹쳐진 3개의 도관으로 분할된 압출헤드를 공급하는 적어도 하나의 압출기를 이용하여 압출 또는 공압출에 의한 이 제조방법은 압출헤드에서 나오는 중간 플럭스 물질이 용융상태로 있으며, 다른 한편으로는 하부 또는 내부 표면을 형성하기 위한 열가소성 플럭스 물질과 중간 플럭스 사이에서 압력 변동을 교대로 야기하여, 열가소성 중간 덩어리 물질의 압축의 측에 거의 평행인 파동을 생성시켜서, 이 덩어리를 상기의 또다른 두개 위에 교대로 부착시킴을 특징으로 하는 제조방법.
  6. 제5항에 있어서, 압출헤드(1) 및 압출용구(2)로 형성된 장치의 3개의 도관(3), (4) 및 (5)에 열가소성 물질을 공급하는 것으로 구성되며, 압출용구(1) 및 (13)내의 그들의 집합점에서 플럭스들 사이에 위치하는 대역에서 압력을 교대로 변동시킴으로써 중간 플럭스(4)의 파동을 생성시킴을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  7. 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 압출 장치의 첨부 도관(7) 및 (8)에서 가압 또는 감압을 교대로 함으로써 압력변동을 야기함을 특징으로 하는 방법.
  8. 제5 또는 6항에 있어서, 중간 덩어리를 형성하는 중간 플럭스의 유출 속도가 또다른 2개의 덩어리를 형성하는 또다른 2개의 플럭스보다 큰 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
