제1도는 일정한 감속재 수준(커브A)과 증가하는 감속재 수준(커브B)에 대해 시간의 함수로서 알칼리 금속. 레늄 및 황산염으로 촉진되고, 지지된 은 촉매에 대한 활성 손실을 나타낸 것이다.
제2도는 본 발명의 방법에 따라 작용된 통상적 공정에 사용된 알칼리금속, 레늄 및 황산염으로 촉진되고, 지지된 은 촉매에 대해 시간의 함수로서, 클로로히드록카본 감속재 수준을 나타낸 것이다.
제3도는 감속재 수준의 함수로 주어진 반응조건과 일정한 산소 전환 수준에서 통상적인 산화에틸렌 촉매(촉매B)와 레늄 촉진된 산화 에틸렌 촉매(촉매A)의 선택성을 나타낸 개략도이다.

Claims (12)

  1. 표준 공정 조건하에서 촉매상을 통과하는 가스내 클로로히드로카본 감속재의 농도를, 촉매작용 동안 증가시키는 것을 특징으로 하는, 알칼리 금속 및 레늄으로 촉진시킨 알루미나 상에서 지지된 은으로 구성되는 촉매의 고정상 위로, 에틸렌, 산소 및 클로로히드로카본 감속재로 구성되는 가스를 통과시키는 것으로 구성된 산화 에틸렌 제조 방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 감속재의 평균속도 증가가 매달 적어도 0.5%인 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 감속재의 평균속도 증가가 매달 적어도 5%인 방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 첫 번째 작용 기간동안, 공정이 산화 에틸렌에 대한 최대 선택성을 제공하기에 충분한 클로로히드로카본 감속재 수준에서 조작되고 나서, 촉매 활성이 산화 에틸렌에 대한 촉매 선택성에 있어서의 뚜렷한 감소와 촉매 활성에 있어서의 상응하는 증가를 일으키는데 충분한 양으로 클로로히드로카본 금속재 수준을 작용의 두 번째 기간에 증가시키는 작용상의 문제를 일으키기에 충분하게 감퇴되는 방법.
