Claims (9)
- 주행경로를 따라 자주하는 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템으로서, 상기 주행경로중의 전차정지위치에 정지용 피검출판과, 정지해제지령용의 ONㆍOFF신호발신기를 배열설치하고, 상기 전차에는 상기 정지용 피검출판을 검출함으로써 당해 전차의 주행을 정지시키는 정지용 검출기와, 상기 ONㆍOFF신호발신기로부터의 ON신호를 받음으로써 상기 정지용검출기의 피검출판 검출신호를 소거하는 수신기를 설치하고, 상기 ONㆍOFF신호발신기와 상기 수신기는, 상기 정지용검출기의 피검출판 검출범위의 앞끝 위치보다도 더욱 바로앞의 위치로부터, 상기 정지용 검출기가 피검출판을 검출하여 정지하는 전차의 정지범위의 뒤끝까지의 범위를 커버할수 있는 신호수수범위를 갖게 하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ONㆍOFF신호발신기로서 광전스위치용 투광기를 사용하고, 상기 수신기로서 광전스위치용 수광기를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 ONㆍOFF신호발신기로서 전자석을 사용하여, 상기 수신기로서 자기센서를 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템.
- 반송용전차의 주행경로축에 주행제어용 코우드판을 배열설치하고, 상기 전차측에는 복수의 검출기를 병설한 코우드 판독수단을 설치하여, 상기 코우드판은 상기 각 검출기에 대응하는 복수의 병렬표시부안에, 특정의 표시부만에 의해 상기 검출기가 ON작동하도록 구성하고, 이 특정표시부를 검출한 검출기의 ON작동을 기억시켜, 모든 검출기가 OFF상태로 되었을 때에 ON작동의 기억내용으로부터 코우드판의 제어정보를 판별시켜서 상기 반송용전차의 주행을 제어하도록 하고, 제어정보의 판별후에 상기 ON작동의 기억을 소거하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템.
- 반송용전차의 주행경로쪽에 주행제어용 코우드판을 배열설치하고, 상기 전차측에는 상기 코우드판의 제어용코우드를 판독하는 코우드판독수단을 설치한 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템에 있어서, 상기 반송용전차를 안내하는 가이드레일의 아래끝면에, 가이드레일 길이방향을 따라 연속하는 홈을 설치하고, 이 홈에 상기 코우드판을 가이드레일 길이방향에 이동고정이 가능하게 끼워맞추어 정착하여서 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 홈의 양측에 코우드판 걸림용오목홈부를 형성하고, 상기 코우드판의 양측변에, 상기 걸림용 오목홈부에 가이드레일 길이방향으로 이동가능하게 걸어맞춰지는 걸어맞춤부를 설치하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템.
- 제5항 또는 제6항에 있어서, 상기 코우드판이 비자성 밴드형상판에 마그넷 테이프를 첨부하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 마그넷 테이프가 상기 비자성밴드형상판의 상기 가이드레일 아래끝면쪽에 첨부하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 반송용전차의 주행제어시스템.
- 1개의 가이드레일위를 구름이동하는 주행용 구동차륜과, 이 구동차륜을 감속기를 통하여 구동하는 모우터와, 상기 가이드레일을 끼우는 진동방지용 가이드로울러를 구비한 구동트롤리를 갖는 모노레일형 반송용전차로서, 상기 감속기를 상기 구동차륜의 한쪽편에서 가이드레일과 평행으로 배치함과 동시에, 이 감속기의 상기 구동차륜이 있는 쪽과 동일한 쪽에 상기 모우터를, 상기 구동차륜의 축심과 모우터 회전중심이 서로 평행이 되는 옆방향으로 한쪽 지지상태로 부착하여 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 모노레일형 반송용전차.※ 참고사항 : 최초출원 내용에 의하여 공개하는 것임.
