Claims (7)

  1. 아세톤과 페놀의 반응으로 비스페놀 A를 제조하는 방법은, (a) 반응내에 20∼60%의 아세톤을 전환시키기 위해 메르캅토기 함유화합물로 변성된 술폰산형태의 양이온 교환수지의 존재하에 아세톤과 페놀의 반응을 실행하는 단계와 (b) 염산촉매의 존재하에 반응안된 아세톤을 함유하는 결과의 반응혼합물을 더욱 반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 여기서 아세톤대 페놀의 몰비는 1 : 4∼12인 것을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조 방법.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 여기서 상기 양이온 교환수지내에 술폰산기의 5∼35몰%는 메르캅토기 함유화합물로 변성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  4. 제1항에 있어서, 여기서 상기 양이온 교환수지내에 술폰산기의 12몰%는 메르캅토에틸아민으로 변성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  5. 제1항에 있어서, 여기서 양이온 교환수지 존재하의 상기 반응은 30∼120℃의 온도에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 여기서 염산촉매존재하의 상기 반응은 30-85℃의 온도에서 실행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 여기서 양이온 교환수지 존재하의 반응과 염산촉매존재하의 반응은 배치방식으로 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비스페놀 A의 제조방법.
