Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a method for mounting a multi-line medical suture in a tubular needle and a tubular needle unit equipped with a multi-line medical suture, and more particularly, a multi-line that allows the suture to have sufficient support in the human body during adhesion. A method of mounting a medical suture in a tubular needle and a tubular needle unit equipped with a multi-line medical suture.
Recently, a method for removing wrinkles existing on the skin surface of a human body includes a suture, that is, a thread secured for use by the human body as a thread used during the procedure. There is a method of using the principle that the tension is strengthened as they adhere to each other. In addition, the pulled and fixed to the upper portion may be used to the principle that the stretched up portion is fixed by the suture tension.
The suture used in the procedure may be processed to have adhesion protrusions such as thorns or leaves to enhance adhesion to living tissues. Furthermore, the sutures may be oriented in the direction of the tissue to be fixed only in one direction. do. On the other hand, there have been various attempts to strengthen the adhesion, such as varying the direction.
On the other hand, when the suture is attached or adhered in the human body by pulling the other side in the desired direction to fix the other parts of the body can be to wrinkle the skin or to move a part of the body. This method of suture is used to minimize the incision or cutting of the body, to reduce the procedure time, to simplify the procedure, and to reduce the swelling and recovery period, compared to other procedures to achieve a similar purpose. It is developing rapidly recently.
In the wrinkle removal procedure using such sutures, the sutures need not only have sufficient adhesion strength, but also it is necessary to minimize the number of needle stings to adhere the sutures to the skin.
If the suture has sufficient adhesion strength, the suture can keep the skin taut for long periods of time, and the number of needle stings must be reduced to reduce the damage to the human body so that recovery time can be reduced and unnecessary side effects can be minimized. do.
However, to date, one needle has been inserted into a needle. That is, as shown in Figure 1 is inserted into a
In addition, it may be considered to put a single suture in the desired site by the pricking operation of several strands, but there is a problem that the new suture is difficult to install close to the previous suture due to the adhesion projection of the suture once inserted in advance. In other words, it is difficult to achieve a desired result because a new suture should be placed in the skin at regular intervals.
In addition, in order to insert a plurality of sutures, a needle must be inserted into the skin a plurality of times. In this case, when the needle is inserted many times, damage to the skin is increased, and the recovery period after the procedure is long, and 2 There is a disadvantage that the concern of the secondary infection increases.
On the other hand, in a general needle-ear forming needle that only drills the needle ear (or needle hole) to the back for threading, a technique is known in which a plurality of strands of gold thread and a suture are mounted side by side in the hole. Such a needle may be used for wrinkle removal, but since such a needle is not a tubular needle having a communication hole communicating with one end and the other end, after the needle has passed, a plurality of threads must be inserted in the living body along the needle. In the living body, there must be both a part of the needle and a part of the needle penetrating through the living body. However, the portion through which the needle penetrates has a problem in that it is difficult to select an appropriate position according to the position and the needle insertion direction in some cases, making the overall procedure difficult.
In addition, the needle moves through the living body along the needle in the state where the suture is attached to the needle hole. In this process, the suture is exposed and moved in the living body. This occurs and accordingly there is a problem that the procedure can be difficult.
The present invention was created in order to solve the above-mentioned problems, and more particularly, multi-line sutures are inserted into the human body in the process of inserting a single needle, thereby increasing the supporting force due to adhesion and minimizing damage to the human body. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of mounting a medical suture in a tubular needle and a tubular needle unit equipped with a multi-line medical suture.
In addition, the present invention was created in order to solve the above-described problems, and more specifically, in a state in which a multi-line suture is mounted through a tubular needle, and the leading end of the needle and the end of the suture are placed in a similar position, the needle is a living body. It can be inserted inside to reduce friction with biological tissues that may be caused by the process of sutures moving through the living body, and the whole procedure can be facilitated because there is no need for the needle to penetrate the living body. That is, the end of the folded portion of the suture may be cut to separate the sutures of the plurality of strands that are bound together.
The tubular needle unit according to the present invention produced by this process is used as follows.
First, after a predetermined incision is made on the face of a patient, a
The tubular needle unit according to the present invention has an advantage that a sufficient support force can be secured because a plurality of sutures can be fixed to the side of the fixing portion. In particular, it is possible to secure a sufficient support without increasing the thickness of the suture can be prevented from leaving the traces of the suture on the skin surface.
In addition, the tubular needle unit according to the present invention, a multi-line suture can be disposed in close proximity to each other in the skin so that tissues can be easily adhered between the sutures, thereby ensuring an optimal holding force. In contrast, in the prior art, it is difficult to place a new suture around the already inserted suture. The reason is that it is not easy to enter a new suture because of the projection of the already inserted suture. Therefore, in the prior art, it is difficult to sufficiently close the spacing between the sutures, there is a disadvantage that the adhesion between the tissues between them is not easy and thus securing sufficient fixing force is difficult.
In addition, since the medical tubular needle unit according to the present invention includes a multi-line suture in one tubular needle, there is no need to perform a plurality of stabbing operations to put the multi-line suture into the tissue, thereby preventing excessive damage to the tissue. There is an advantage that can shorten the recovery period.
Medical tubular needle unit according to the preferred embodiment according to the present invention, can be made or modified as follows.
First, in the above-described embodiment, the agglomerates may be formed in the sutures so that the spacing of the multi-line sutures is kept close to each other. For example, it is also possible to change the design so that there may be a portion of the suture agglomerates with each other except the folded portion of the suture. At this time, the agglomeration can be formed by twisting, knotting or heat fusion. Such a bunch may be provided in plural at regular intervals, in addition to a single bunch may be formed. Such agglomerates may be disposed in the communication holes in the tubular needle.
Although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to Examples and Modifications, the present invention is not necessarily limited to these Examples and Modifications, and may be variously modified and implemented within the scope without departing from the spirit of the present invention. .
