Claims (19)
- 0.01중량% 내지 30중량%의 나노카본농도를 가지며 10 내지 60중량%로 포함되는 나노카본 분산액;
30 내지 70중량%로 포함되는 바인더 수지; 및
용매를 포함하는 방열용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
평균입자경이 1 내지 10 ㎛인 도전성 필러가 1 내지 50중량%로 더 포함되는 방열용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 바인더 수지는 아크릴, 에폭시, 우레탄, 멜라민, 폴리에스테르, 폴리에테르, 고무, 아마이드, 및 에폭시 실란으로 구성된 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상의 혼합물인 방열용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 용매는 물, 알코올, 메틸에틸케톤, 톨루엔, 자일렌, 부틸아세테이트, 에틸아세테이트, 이소부틸아세테이트, 셀로솔브아세테이트, 에틸셀로솔브, 부틸셀로솔브로 구성되는 군에서 선택되는 1종 또는 2종이상의 혼합물인 방열용 조성물. - 제2항에 있어서,

상기 그래핀 웜을 용매에 혼합하여 분산시키는 1차분산단계;
상기 그래핀 웜 분산액을 절단하는 2차분산단계; 및
상기 2차분산단계 후의 그래핀 웜분산액에 초음파를 조사하는 3차분산단계를 포함하여 제조되는 방열용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 팽창단계에서 가열온도는 700~1000℃인 방열용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
상기 1차분산단계에서 상기 용제는 에탄올인 방열용 조성물. - 제1항에 있어서,
분산제, 침강방지제, 소포제, 레벨링제로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 1종 이상의 첨가제를 2 내지 5 중량%로 더 포함하는 방열용 조성물. - 제1항 내지 제15항의 방열용 조성물을 도포하여 제조한 방열제품.
- 기재; 및
상기 기재상의 일면에 제1항 내지 제14항의 방열용 조성물이 코팅된 방열층;을 포함하는 방열시트. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 기재상의 타면에 접착층이 더 포함되는 방열시트. - 제17항에 있어서,
상기 방열층의 두께는 10 내지 30㎛인 방열시트.
