Description

교량의 신축이음구조 및 그의 시공방법{EXPANSION JOINT AND IT'S EXECUTION METHOD}Expansion joint structure of bridge and its construction method {EXPANSION JOINT AND IT'S EXECUTION METHOD}

The present invention relates to a flexible joint structure of a bridge and a construction method thereof, which elastically connect a joint between a slab of a bridge or a joint between a slab of a bridge and a fixed end.

In general, each joint between the slabs of the bridge is provided with expansion joints having a certain clearance. Therefore, the expansion and contraction length of the bridge slab by the expansion and contraction of the temperature is effectively absorbed in the expansion joint.

As shown in FIG. 1, the conventional expansion joint structure of the bridge deck is placed on the joints of the slabs 2 which are connected to each other, and the left and right non-concrete concretes 3 and the non-concrete concrete ( 3) to the left and right iron plate (4) of the 'b' shaped finger type is fixed to the anchor bolt (5) embedded in the non-concrete concrete (3), respectively, spaced apart as shown in Figure 1 (b) It is composed.

In the conventional structure configured as described above, when the bridge slab is stretched and contracted by temperature, the gap between the left and right iron plates 4 of the 'a' shaped finger shape spaced apart from the joint is absorbed.

Various technologies are provided as described in Patent Documents 1 to 3 with respect to the expansion joint structure of the bridge deck, which is still being developed.

The expansion joint structure of the patent document 1-3 and the bridge top plate currently used has non-contraction concrete in the slab edge part which mutually opposes.

As such, the non-concrete concrete, which is not poured together at the time of slab casting, is separately poured, which is frequently damaged by repeated loads generated by the traffic of the vehicle. Therefore, non-concrete concrete is frequently maintained due to breakage, and thus there is a problem of hindering the cost of maintenance and the flow of the vehicle.

The present invention is invented to solve the above problems,

It is an object of the present invention to provide a flexible joint structure of a bridge that does not include non-concrete concrete which is frequently damaged by repeated loads generated by driving of a vehicle, and a construction method thereof.

Characterized in that the installation.

The expansion joint device is made of a metal material having an elastic property, the expansion joint device is composed of a rim portion which is installed integrally with the support member, and a plurality of elastic members spaced apart between the rim portion.

End portions of the edges are each bent to form a bent portion, wherein the bent portions are opposed to each other.

(II) characterized in that completed by welding the expansion joint to the support member is installed in an integral form.

The invention made as described above, it is possible to solve the problems caused by removing the non-contraction concrete that is poured separately from the slab.

That is, the construction period caused by curing period due to non-concrete concrete casting can be shortened, and since it is not poured together with slabs, the strength can be weaker than that of slabs, so that frequent breakage can be prevented. It can solve the inconvenience of cost and traffic.
