Claims (3)
- 2개의 단부면과 외주면을 가지며, 한쪽의 상기 단부면으로부터 다른 쪽의 상기 단부면까지 관통하는 피정화 유체의 주 유로가 복수 개 형성된 다공질체와, 상기 주 유로의 내벽면에 배열된 여과막으로 구성되며, 상기 주 유로의 상기 한쪽 단부면측의 개구부(제1 개구부)로부터 유입된 상기 피정화 유체를 상기 다공질체의 내부를 투과시킴으로써 정화하고, 상기 다공질체의 외주면으로부터 정화 유체로서 취출하는 세라믹 필터로서,상기 피정화 유체의 유로 방향에 수직인 단면에 있어서의 상기 주 유로의 유로 직경의 크기가 상기 제1 개구부에 있어서의 개구 직경으로부터 상기 다른 쪽 단부면측의 개구부(제2 개구부)에 있어서의 개구 직경까지 연속해서 점감되어 이루어지는 것인 세라믹 필터.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 주 유로의 상기 제1 개구부에 있어서의 개구 직경의 평균치(A)와 상기 제2 개구부에 있어서의 개구 직경의 평균치(B)가 (A-B)/B≥0.025의 관계를 충족시키는 것인 세라믹 필터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 다공질체의 외주면을 포함하는 부분에 상기 주 유로 중의 소정 주 유로(특정 주 유로)가 외부 공간과 연통하도록 슬릿형의 보조 유로가 형성되어 이루어지는 동시에, 특정 주 유로는 그 양 단부면의 개구부가 밀봉되어 이루어지고, 상기 주 유로의 상기 한쪽 단부면측의 개구부로부터 유입된 상기 피정화 유체를 상기 다공질체의 내부를 투과시킴으로써 정화하고, 상기 다공질체의 상기 외주면 및 상기 보조 유로의 출구로부터 정화 유체로서 취출하는 것인 세라믹 필터.
