Abstract
본 발명은 무단 변속기, 특히 벨트 트랜스미션의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다. 무단 변속기, 특히 토크 전달을 위해 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트가 벨트 수단에 의해 서로 연결되는 벨트 트랜스미션의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하기 위한 방법에서는, 변속기어의 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트 사이의 힘 비(force ratio)(zeta)가 안전값(safety value)에 따라 설정된다.
Description
본 발명은 무단 변속기, 특히 토크 전달을 위해 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트가 벨트 수단에 의해 서로 연결되는 벨트 트랜스미션의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하기 위한 방법 및 장치에 관한 것이다.
자동차 기술에는, 예컨대 토크 전달을 위해 통상 벨트 수단에 의해 서로 연결된 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트를 포함하는 벨트 트랜스미션과 같은 무단 변속기가 공지되어 있다. 안전도 내지는 안전 계수에 따른 힘 비의 정확한 변동 특성을 알고 있을 경우, 입력 풀리에서 압착력이 자유롭게 제어되면, 벨트 트랜스미션에서의 변속비 조정에 충분한 도움이 된다. 예컨대 휠 측의 충격과 같은 특정한 주행 상황에서는 안전 계수가 증가되어야 한다. 공지되어 있는 벨트 트랜스미션에서의 변속비 조정시에는 이것이 고려될 수 없기 때문에, 힘 비의 변동이 변속기어의 변속에 미치는 영향이 감소하거나 증가할 수 없다. 그 결과, 차량 내 안락성에 불리한 영향을 미칠 수 있다.

본 발명의 목적은, 무단 변속기에서의 변속비 조정을 더욱 최적화하기 위한 방법 및 장치를 제공하는 것이다.
상기 목적은 무단 변속기, 특히 토크 전달을 위해 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트가 벨트 수단에 의해 서로 연결되는 벨트 트랜스미션의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하기 위한 방법을 통해 달성되며, 상기 방법에서는 변속기어의 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트 사이의 힘 비(zeta)가 안전도에 따라 설정된다. 이러한 방식으로 변속기어의 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트 사이의 힘 비가 차량의 안전 기준(안전도)에 따라 적응될 수 있다. 그 결과, 특히 무단 변속기에서의 변속비 조정이 훨씬 더 개선될 수 있다.
여기서 안전도는, 현재 작동점에서 벨트 수단의 스키드가 발생하는 힘과 실제 압착력 사이의 힘 비로 표시된다. 예컨대 안전도가 1.0의 값을 가지면, 벨트 수단의 스키드 지점에 있다는 것을 의미한다.
맨 먼저 스키드 지점이 결정될 수 있다. 이는 예컨대 풀리 세트들의 회전수들 사이의 교차 상관성과 압착력 변동의 중첩을 통해 이루어질 수 있다. 본 발명에 따른 방법에서는, 스키드 지점이 공지된 경우에 매우 높은 압착 안전도에서 안전도가 감소하기 시작한다. 이는 스키드 지점에 도달할 때까지 또는 스키드 지점에 도달하기 직전의 시점까지 수행될 수 있다. 바람직하게는 상기 과정이 예컨대 입력 풀리 세트에서의 압착력 감소에 의해 구현될 수 있다. 이때 변속비 조정은 예컨대 활성 상태로 유지될 수 있고, 힘 비 내지는 제타(zeta) 값의 변동은 풀리 세트 압력의 적절한 제어를 통해 보상될 수 있다.
입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트 사이의 제타 값 내지는 힘 비는 상기 풀리 세트들의 회전수, 변속비 및 풀리 세트 압력 내지는 제어 변수들의 정보를 통해 결정되거나 산출될 수 있다. 적절한 제타 값들은 예컨대 안전도의 함수로서 저장될 수 있다. 그럼으로써 충분한 안전도에서 항상 최적의 압착력이 구현될 수 있도록 힘 비가 바람직하게 사전 제어될 수 있다.
본 발명의 한 개선예에서는 바람직하게, 안전도가 일정한 준정적 작동 상태 및/또는 안전도가 눈에 띄게 서서히 감소하는 상태에서 상기 방법이 실시될 수 있다. 이러한 작동 상태는 일반적으로 일정한 주행에서의 오버드라이브 영역(OD)에서 나타난다. 압착의 필요성은 입력 토크 및 엔진 토크에 따라 좌우되기 때문에, 최대한 넓은 안전도 범위를 통과하기 위해서는 엔진 토크가 너무 높지 않아야 한다. 50 내지 100 Nm의 범위가 사용되는 것이 바람직하다. 물론 다른 범위들 및 다른 작동 상태도 가능하다.
또 다른 한 실시예에 따르면, 본 발명에 따른 적응이 반드시 연속적으로 수행될 필요가 없으며, 구간별로 또는 그와 유사한 방식으로 수행될 수도 있다. 그 결과, 예컨대 상이한 안전도를 가진 변속기에서의 변속 지점이 시간 순서에 따라 시작될 수 있다. 각각의 작동 지점에서 검출된 힘 비(zeta)의 값들은 적절한 저장 챠트 또는 그와 유사한 곳에 저장될 수 있고/거나 파라미터화된 모델에서도 사용될 수 있다. 이러한 적응에 의해 각각의 변속기에 대한 변속비 조정의 개별 매칭이 가능하다.
제안된 방법에서는, 제타 값이 안전도 및 변속비를 기초로 하여 적응되도록 설계되거나 저장되는 것도 고려될 수 있다. 이러한 방식으로 특성곡선 대신 특성도가 적응될 수 있다.
한 바람직한 개선예에 따르면, 풀리 세트들에서의 적절한 압력 추정(평가)도 수행될 수 있다. 제타 값의 산출을 위해서는 모든 힘 성분에 대한 정보가 필요하다. 탄성력 외에 정적 및 동적 압력들로부터 산출되는 힘들도 고려된다. 특히 상기 압력들을 알고 있는 것이 바람직하다. 그러나 본 발명에서는, 유압 밸브의 평균 특성곡선을 충분히 추정할 수 있기 때문에, 그러한 정적 압력들을 반드시 알아야 할 필요는 없다. 유압 밸브의 제어 전류를 알고 있기 때문에, 상기 값으로부터 이론상의 압력값이 산출될 수 있다. 대략의(근사치의) 밸브 특성곡선과 실제 밸브 특성곡선 사이의 오차는, 바람직하게 풀리 세트의 제어시 상기 근사 밸브 특성곡선이 사용됨으로써 보상될 수 있다. 그렇게 하여 매우 간단한 방법으로 편차가 보상될 수 있다.
본 발명의 또 다른 한 실시예에서는, 본 발명에 따른 방법에 따라 바람직하게 차량 운행 중에 제타 최대값이 산출될 수 있다. 이때 변속기 벨트 수단의 스키드가 일어나게 되는 방식으로, 출력 풀리 세트에서의 고정 압착력에 대해 입력 토크가 증가할 수 있다.
입력 토크는 일정하게 유지되고, 압착력이 감소하는 것도 가능하다. 힘 비(zeta)는 처음에는 증가하다가, 벨트 수단의 스키드 발생(스키드 지점) 이전에 다시 감소한다. 제타 최대값으로부터 스키드 지점까지의 간격은 변속비에 따라 대략 10% 내지 30%이다. 상기 간격은 일반적으로 압착력과는 무관하다.
변속기에 있어서 제타 최대값의 좌측 영역에 놓이는 작동 모드가 특히 바람직한 것으로 밝혀졌다. 상기 모드에서는 예컨대 압착력의 감소시 힘 비의 변화가 기록되거나 저장될 수 있다. 제타 최대값이 소정의 압착력과 차이가 나는 것으로 확인되면, 실제 압착 요구량이 변동한 것이다.
바람직한 작동 영역(제타 최대값의 좌측)으로의 압착을 구현하기 위해, 공지된 제타 최대값을 이용하여 작동 파라미터들을 적절하게 수정할 수 있다.
바람직하게는 본 발명에 따른 방법에서 최대 제타 값의 작동 파라미터가 예컨대 안전도 및/또는 변속비를 통해 저장될 수 있다.
본 발명이 제안하는 조정 파라미터의 수정을 통해 특히 무단 변속기를 구비한 차량에서 주행 성능 내지는 주행 안정성이 훨씬 더 개선된다. 또한, 제타 값에 걸친 방해 작용이 상당히 감소한다. 또한, 본 발명에 따른 방법을 사용하여 실제 압착력 요구의 모니터링이 구현된다.
본 발명의 목적은 무단 변속기, 특히 토크 전달을 위해 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트가 벨트 수단에 의해 서로 연결되는 벨트 트랜스미션의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하기 위한 장치에 의해서도 달성될 수 있으며, 상기 장치에는 안전값에 따라 변속기어의 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트 사이의 힘 비(zeta)를 설정하기 위한 장치가 제공된다.
또 다른 장점들 및 바람직한 실시예들은 종속 청구항 및 하기에 기술되는 도면들에 제시된다.
도 1의 흐름도를 기초로 하여, 풀리 세트 내 압력들의 적절한 추정을 도시하였다. 제타 값을 산출하기 위해서는 모든 힘 성분을 알아야 한다. 스프링력 외에 정적 및 동적 압력들로부터 산출되는 힘들도 고려된다.
본 발명이 제안하는 추정에서는, 각각 유압 밸브의 평균 특성곡선에 대한 가정이 사용된다. 유압 밸브의 제어 전류를 알고 있기 때문에, 상기 값으로부터 이론상의 압력값이 산출될 수 있다. 대략의(근사치의) 밸브 특성곡선과 실제 밸브 특성곡선 사이의 오차는, 풀리 세트의 제어시 상기 근사 밸브 특성곡선이 사용됨으로써 보상될 수 있다.
도 2에는 제타(A), 출력 풀리 세트에서의 압착력(B), 입력 토크(C) 및 안전도(D)의 특성곡선들이 도시되어 있다. 본 발명에 따른 제타 최대값의 측정시, 변속기 벨트 수단의 스키드가 일어나게 되는 방식으로, 출력 풀리 세트에서의 거의 일정한 압착력에 대해 입력 토크가 증가할 수 있다. 제타 최대값 이후에는, 제타 값의 감소로 인해 스키드 지점이 명확해진다. 종합적으로 볼 때, 무단 변속기의 경우에는 제타 최대값 이전에 놓인 값들이 사용되는 주행 모드가 특히 바람직하다.
본 발명에 의하면, 무단 변속기에서의 변속비 조정을 더욱 최적화하기 위한 방법 및 장치를 제공하고 있다.

- 무단 변속기, 특히 토크 전달을 위해 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트가 벨트 수단에 의해 서로 연결되는 벨트 트랜스미션의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하기 위한, 특히 제 1항 내지 제 16항 중 어느 한 항에 따른 방법을 수행하기 위한 장치에 있어서,상기 변속기어의 입력 풀리 세트와 출력 풀리 세트 사이의 힘 비(zeta)를 안전도에 따라 설정하기 위한 장치를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는, 무단 변속기의 스키드 컨트롤을 수행하기 위한 장치.
