Abstract
Iron(Ⅲ) Nitrate Nonahydrate(Fe(NO₃)₃·9H₂O)과 Cobalt(Ⅱ) Nitrate Hexahydrate(Co(NO₃)₂·6H₂O)를 혼합하여 교반한 제1용액을 제조하는 단계; Ammonium Carbonate((NH₄)₂CO₃)를 용해한 제2용액을 제조하는 단계; Aluminum Hydroxide(Al(OH)₃)를 용해한 제3용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 제3용액에 상기 제1용액 및 상기 제2용액을 혼합하여 교반한 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계; 상기 혼합용액을 여과 및 건조하여 금속촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및 상기 금속촉매를 CVD 합성장치에 넣고 합성가스를 투입하여 일정 범위의 온도에서 CNT를 합성하는 단계;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 것이 바람직하다.
Description
도 2은 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 3에 의한 합성온도와 합성가스별 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 합성수율과 합성량을 측정한 표이다.
도 3는 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 3를 통해 제조된 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 합성수율값을 표시한 그래프이다.
도 4는 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 3를 통해 제조된 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 합성량을 표시한 그래프이다.
도 5는 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 3를 통하여 합성가스에 따른 최적의 합성온도별 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 합성량, 합성수율, Bulk Density(B/D), 응집체두께, 번들두께, 번들길이 및 표면저항값을 측정한 표이다.
도 6은 본 발명의 실시예 1 내지 3에 의한 합성가스에 따른 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 주사전자현미경(SEM) 사진이다
도 7은 DP법에 의한 촉매제조 공정의 흐름도이다.

- Iron(Ⅲ) Nitrate Nonahydrate(Fe(NO₃)₃·9H₂O)과 Cobalt(Ⅱ) Nitrate Hexahydrate(Co(NO₃)₂·6H₂O)를 혼합하여 교반한 제1용액을 제조하는 단계;
Ammonium Carbonate((NH₄)₂CO₃)를 용해한 제2용액을 제조하는 단계;
Aluminum Hydroxide(Al(OH)₃)를 용해한 제3용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제3용액에 상기 제1용액 및 상기 제2용액을 혼합하여 교반한 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합용액을 여과 및 건조하여 금속촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 금속촉매를 CVD 합성장치에 넣고 합성가스를 투입하여 일정 범위의 온도에서 CNT를 합성하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 합성가스는 LPG 가스이며, 상기 일정 범위의 온도는 700~725℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 합성방법 - Iron(Ⅲ) Nitrate Nonahydrate(Fe(NO₃)₃·9H₂O)과 Cobalt(Ⅱ) Nitrate Hexahydrate(Co(NO₃)₂·6H₂O)를 혼합하여 교반한 제1용액을 제조하는 단계;
Ammonium Carbonate((NH₄)₂CO₃)를 용해한 제2용액을 제조하는 단계;
Aluminum Hydroxide(Al(OH)₃)를 용해한 제3용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 제3용액에 상기 제1용액 및 상기 제2용액을 혼합하여 교반한 혼합용액을 제조하는 단계;
상기 혼합용액을 여과 및 건조하여 금속촉매를 제조하는 단계; 및
상기 금속촉매를 CVD 합성장치에 넣고 합성가스를 투입하여 일정 범위의 온도에서 CNT를 합성하는 단계;를 포함하되,
상기 제1용액은 용매 100중량부에 대하여 Iron(Ⅲ) Nitrate Nonahydrate(Fe(NO₃)₃·9H₂O) 25.02중량부 및 Cobalt(Ⅱ) Nitrate Hexahydrate(Co(NO₃)₂·6H₂O) 7.55중량부를 용해하며, 상기 제2용액은 용매 100 중량부에 대하여 Ammonium Carbonate((NH₄)₂CO₃) 25중량부를 용해하며, 상기 제3용액은 용매 100중량부에 대하여 Aluminum Hydroxide(Al(OH)₃) 50중량부를 용해하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다중벽 탄소나노튜브의 합성방법
