Therefore, a stirring device is used to prevent the situation where the nanoparticles are precipitated in the reservoir. Are doing.

Since the conventional agitation device has a configuration mainly including a motor, etc., a situation in which the reservoir is vibrated due to the motor vibration may occur, and as a result, a situation in which the sound pressure formed in the reservoir may be broken.

1 is a schematic diagram illustrating a chemical liquid discharging apparatus according to exemplary embodiments.

Referring to FIG. 1, a chemical liquid discharging apparatus 100 according to exemplary embodiments is for discharging a chemical liquid onto a substrate when manufacturing a display device such as an organic EL device, and in particular, including nanoparticles on the substrate. It is for discharging the chemical liquid.

As an example, the chemical liquid discharging apparatus 100 according to exemplary embodiments may be applied to discharging a chemical liquid for forming a color filter or the like.

The chemical liquid discharging apparatus 100 according to exemplary embodiments may include an inkjet head 11, a reservoir 13, a chemical liquid stirring unit 15, and the like.

The inkjet head 11 may be provided such that a plurality of nozzles for discharging a chemical liquid are disposed. A plurality of nozzles disposed on the inkjet head 11 may be arranged in a line at intervals of a predetermined pitch. The number of piezoelectric elements corresponding to the nozzles may be provided in the nozzles, and a chemical solution may be discharged onto the substrate through the nozzles by the operation of the piezoelectric elements. That is, the chemical liquid can be discharged onto the substrate through each of the nozzles by operation of each of the piezoelectric elements provided in each of the nozzles. In particular, the chemical liquid discharged from the nozzles can be independently controlled by controlling the voltage applied to the piezoelectric elements.

Accordingly, in the process for forming a color filter using the chemical liquid discharge device 100 of the present invention, the chemical liquid is discharged from each of the plurality of nozzles of the inkjet head 11 to each of the R/G/B pixels formed on the substrate. I will be able to make it.

The reservoir 13 may be provided to store, that is, receive a chemical solution for supply to the inkjet head 11. In particular, the reservoir 13 may be provided to serve as a buffer tank for a chemical solution to be supplied to the inkjet head 11. In addition, the reservoir 13 may be provided to be positioned adjacent to the inkjet head 11.

Although not shown, the chemical liquid discharge device 100 in the present invention may include a canister provided to supply the chemical liquid to the reservoir 13. Here, the canister may be provided to serve as a storage tank for storing the chemical solution.

In addition, when the chemical liquid is not discharged from the inkjet head 11, a negative pressure should be formed in the reservoir 13. If the negative pressure of the reservoir 13 is destroyed, the meniscus for the chemical liquid remaining at the ends of the nozzles of the inkjet head 11 cannot be maintained and the chemical liquid flows down the nozzles of the inkjet head 11. Or, a situation may occur that forms an oil film.

Accordingly, the chemical liquid discharging apparatus 100 according to exemplary embodiments may form the reservoir 13 at negative pressure when the chemical liquid is not discharged from the inkjet head 11 by having the negative pressure forming part 14. . That is, the chemical liquid discharging apparatus 100 of the present invention may further include a negative pressure forming part 14 in which the reservoir 13 is provided to generate a negative pressure.

In addition, when the chemical solution accommodated in the reservoir 13 is precipitated in the reservoir 13, it may cause defects due to provision to the inkjet head 11. In particular, in the case of a chemical solution containing nanoparticles, when precipitation occurs in the reservoir 13, more serious defects may be caused due to the nanoparticles.

Accordingly, the chemical liquid discharging device 100 according to exemplary embodiments may prevent nanoparticles from being precipitated from the chemical liquid accommodated in the reservoir 13 by having the aforementioned chemical liquid stirring part 15. That is, it is possible to prevent nanoparticles from being precipitated from the chemical solution accommodated in the reservoir 13 by agitating the chemical solution accommodated in the reservoir 13 by using the chemical solution stirring unit 15.

However, when the vibration due to the stirring is transmitted to the reservoir 13 when the chemical solution is stirred using the chemical solution stirring unit 15, the negative pressure formed in the reservoir 13 may be destroyed, and as mentioned above, the inkjet head The meniscus of the chemical liquid remaining at the ends of the nozzles of (11) is not maintained, and the chemical liquid flows down through the nozzles of the inkjet head 11 or forms an oil film.

Therefore, the chemical liquid stirring unit 15 in the chemical liquid discharging device 100 according to exemplary embodiments should be provided to minimize the occurrence of vibration caused by stirring of the chemical liquid accommodated in the reservoir 13.

Accordingly, the chemical solution stirring unit 15 according to exemplary embodiments may be provided to stir the chemical solution accommodated in the reservoir 13 using magnetic force.

The chemical solution stirring unit 15 may include a magnetic force rotating unit 17 and a magnetic force providing unit 19. The magnetic force rotating unit 17 may be provided to rotate by magnetic force in the chemical solution accommodated in the reservoir 13, and the magnetic force providing unit 19 transmits magnetic force from the outside of the reservoir 13 to the magnetic force rotating unit 17. It can be provided to provide.

The chemical solution stirring unit 15 includes a magnetic force rotating unit 17 inside the reservoir 13, and a magnetic force providing unit 19 outside the reservoir 13 to provide a leisure time from the outside of the reservoir 13. It will be possible to agitate the chemical solution by providing a magnetic force into the burr 13.

And when the magnetic force rotating part 17 is provided so as to be dipped in the chemical solution accommodated in the reservoir 13, it will not be limited to that position, and if it can sufficiently agitate the chemical solution contained in the reservoir 13, It will not be limited in number.

Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 1, the magnetic force rotation unit 17 may be provided on the bottom side of the reservoir 13, and may be provided on the side side of the reservoir 13. In addition, as shown in Figure 1, the magnetic force rotation unit 17 may be provided in one or more numbers.

In addition, when the magnetic force providing unit 19 can provide the magnetic force to the magnetic force rotating unit 17, it will not be limited to its installation position.

FIG. 2 is a view showing an example of a magnetic force rotation unit provided in FIG. 1, and FIG. 3 is a view showing another example of a magnetic force rotation unit provided in FIG. 1.

Referring to FIGS. 2 and 3, the magnetic force rotating part 17 may be provided to include a rotating blade 21 and a fixed support part 23.

The rotating blade 21 may be provided to rotate by magnetic force, and the fixing support 23 may be provided to support the rotating blade 21 and be fixed in the reservoir 13.

That is, as the degree of stirring for the chemical solution increases, and when the reservoir 13 has a rectangular shape, the change in the flow of the chemical solution may become severe when the chemical solution is stirred, so that the chemical solution discharging device 100 of the present invention has a fixed support part 23 It will be possible to prevent the rotation blade 21 from being separated when the chemical solution is stirred by providing the rotation blade 21 to support it.

The rotating blade 21 is not limited to its structure if there is no obstacle to rotation. Accordingly, the rotating blade 21 for applying the magnetic force rotating unit 17 according to exemplary embodiments may be provided to have a rod structure.

In particular, when the rotating blade 21 has a rod structure, it may be provided to have a structure supported by the fixed support part 23 in the central region of the rod structure.

And the rotary blade 21 having a rod structure may be provided to have a straight rod structure as in FIG. 2, or may be provided to have a cross-shaped rod structure as in FIG.

In addition, the rotating blade 21 having a rod structure may be provided to have various structures unlike FIGS. 2 and 3.

Further, as an example of the magnetic force rotating unit 17, a magnetic bar or the like may be mentioned.

In addition, the magnetic force providing unit 19 may be provided to enable voltage adjustment. Accordingly, the number of rotations of the magnetic force rotating unit 17 may be adjusted by the magnitude of the magnetic force according to the voltage adjustment of the magnetic force providing unit 19.

Therefore, the chemical liquid discharging device 100 of the present invention may vary the degree of agitation for the chemical liquid agitation through voltage control of the magnetic force providing unit 19.

As mentioned, the liquid ejection device of the present invention can prevent precipitation of nanoparticles in the reservoir 13 by sufficiently agitating the chemical solution without affecting the control of the negative pressure in the reservoir 13, and therefore, constant printing You will be able to maintain the quality.

In addition, since it is possible to maintain a homogeneous distribution of nanoparticles through sufficient stirring of the chemical solution, loading of the nanoparticles into the nozzles of the inkjet head 11 may be prevented, thereby preventing even non-discharge of the chemical solution.

In particular, the chemical liquid discharging device 100 of the present invention does not cause vibration to the reservoir 13 because the rotational drive for stirring the chemical liquid uses magnetic force rather than a motor, so that the negative pressure of the reservoir 13 can be kept constant. Therefore, it will be possible to establish stabilization in terms of the device, and furthermore, since the magnetic force providing unit 19 is provided outside the reservoir 13, maintenance can be easily performed.

The chemical liquid discharging device according to exemplary embodiments is a chemical liquid discharging device that handles a chemical liquid having nanoparticles, and may be more actively applied to the manufacture of a display device such as a recent OLED/QLED.

Although the above has been described with reference to preferred embodiments of the present invention, those skilled in the art will be able to variously modify and change the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention described in the following claims.
