Claims (13)
- 실리콘을 포함하는 실리콘 소오스, 고체 탄소 소오스 또는 유기 탄소 화합물을 포함하는 탄소 소오스 및 실리콘 카바이드 소오스를 혼합하여, 혼합물을 형성하는 단계; 및
상기 혼합물을 반응시키는 단계를 포함하고,
상기 실리콘 카바이드 소오스의 평균 입자 크기는 1㎛ 내지 10㎛이고,
상기 실리콘 소오스에 포함된 규소에 대한 상기 탄소 소오스에 포함된 탄소의 몰비는 1:1.5 내지 1:3이고,
상기 실리콘 소오스 및 상기 탄소 소오스 무게의 합에 대한 상기 실리콘 카바이드 소오스의 비는 1:0.3 내지 1:10인 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 삭제

상기 실리콘 카바이드 소오스는 β 타입의 결정상을 가지는 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 실리콘 소오스는 실리카졸, 이산화 실리콘, 미세 실리카 및 석영 분말로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서,
상기 고체 탄소 소오스는 카본 블랙, 카본 나노 튜브 및 풀러렌으로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 제 1항에 있어서.
상기 유기 탄소 화합물은 페놀 수지, 프랑 수지, 크실렌 수지, 폴리이미드, 폴리우레탄, 폴리아크릴로니트릴, 폴리비닐 알콜, 셀룰로오스, 피치, 타르 및 당류로 구성되는 그룹으로부터 선택되는 실리콘 카바이드 파우더를 제조하는 방법. - 삭제
