Description

양자점 함유 나노복합입자 및 그 제조방법 {QUANTUM DOT CONTAINED NANOCOMPOSITE PARTICLES AND METHOD OF FABRICATION THEREOF}BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a quantum dot-containing nanocomposite particle,

The present invention relates to a nanocomposite particle containing a quantum dot and a method for producing the nanocomposite particle, and more particularly, to a nanocomposite particle containing a nanocomposite particle having excellent luminescence characteristics, easy size control, solubilization problem, biocompatibility, photobleaching, The present invention relates to nanocomposite particles containing quantum dots which can be applied to electronic products such as bio-systems such as bio-labeling materials, phosphors for light-emitting devices, single electron transistors, photosensitizers for solar cells and light sources, and a method for manufacturing the same .

Chem. Soc., 115, 8706-15(1993); Bowen Katari et al., J Phys. Chem., 98, 4109-17(1994); Hines et al., J Phys. Rev., 89, 1861-73(1989); Weller et al., Chem, Int. Ed. Engl. Over the past several decades, quantum dot synthesis and characterization studies have been conducted on a wide range of fields. For example, some studies have led to the mass production of relatively monodisperse quantum dots (Murray et al., J Am. Chem. Soc., 115, 8706-15 (1993); Bowen Katari et al., J Phys. Chem., 98, 4109-17 (1994); Hines et al., J Phys. Chem., 100, 468-71 (1996)], another study characterizes the lattice structure of quantum dots [Henglein, Chem. Rev., 89, 1861-73 (1989); Weller et al., Chem. Int. Ed. Engl. 32, 41-53 (1993)] and a method for producing a quantum dot array [Murray et al., Science, 270, 1335-38 (1995)]. Particularly, II-VI series semiconductors are attracting attention, achieving unprecedented degree of monodispersity and crystalline order. As a representative method of quantum dot synthesis, a high temperature pyrolysis method has been proposed in which a solvent such as tri-n-octylphoshopine oxide (hereinafter referred to as TOPO) Group II-VI metal chalcogenide (CdS, CdTe, ZnS, ZnSe, ZnTe) semiconductor quantum dots can be obtained by adding a metal precursor and a chalcogenide precursor [Murray (1993) Acknowledgment.

[Dabbousi et al., J Phys. Chem. B 101, 9463-75(1997)].Further, according to recent research results, it has been proved that an improved luminescence property is exhibited by capping a shell having a high band gap in a core particle having a low-bandgap whose size can be controlled. For example, a ZnS layer can be capped at a CdSe quantum dot to obtain strong luminescence characteristics (35-50% quantum yields) at room temperature and to adjust the size of the powder to adjust the emission wavelength from blue to red A technique for obtaining the effect has been proposed. Moreover, the ZnS capping protects the surface of the core to ensure good stability of the quantum dot (Dabbousi et al., J Phys. Chem. B 101, 9463-75 (1997)).

[Suming Nie et al., In vivo Cancer Targeting And Imaging with semiconductor Quantum Dots' Nat. However, despite the remarkable development of such a luminescent quantum dot technology, the capped quantum dot can not be used biologically, because its surface is not hydrophilic, and most of the nanoparticles including such quantum dots are of Cd, Zn, Co It is made up of heavy metals. Therefore, biocompatible and hydrophilic treatment must be performed on the surface of the synthesized nanoparticles in order to utilize them as a biosystem. For example, by introducing inorganic or organic compounds such as silica or polyethyleneglycol, which are known to be harmless to living bodies, on the surface of the synthesized nanoparticles, it is possible not only to increase the hydrophilicity of the nanoparticles, And the circulation time of the tumor is increasing rapidly [Suming Nie et al., In vivo Cancer Targeting and Imaging with Quantum Dots' Nat. Biotechnol., 2004 (22), 969; Korean Patent No. 821192]. When the quantum dots are capped with a hydrophilic non-harmful substance such as silica, since the quantum dots are encapsulated in the capped material, it is difficult to control the size or number, the complexity of the synthesis technique is complicated, In the course of performing the process, the luminous efficiency is drastically lowered due to stabilizers such as polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) added to convert hydrophobicity of the nanoparticles of the quantum dots by TOPO, which is a hydrophobic substance coated on the surface, . Also, when it is applied to an electronic device such as a flat panel display and a light source, the efficiency of light emission is low, mass synthesis is difficult, and handling is difficult.

In addition, when dispersing in a synthetic resin such as an LED, the general phosphor has difficulty in adjusting the color coordinates due to its own weight and the problem of sinking down during the process. Also, in the case of silica beads containing quantum dots, if they are larger than a certain size, sedimentation due to their own weight may occur. Therefore, improvement is required.

And a plurality of the quantum dot nanoparticles substantially uniformly surround the surface of the hollow silica core. The coating ratio of the quantum dot nanoparticles is not particularly limited. For example, the quantum dot nanoparticles may be coated at a ratio of 20% to 70% with respect to the hollow silica core.

The quantum dot-containing hollow silica nanoparticles according to the first embodiment of the present invention as shown in FIG. 1 can be obtained by using a nanoparticle having conventionally developed quantum dot nanoparticles as a core and a silica shell The hollow silica nanoparticles 100 and the quantum dot nanoparticles 200 are surrounded by the hollow silica nanoparticles 100 and the quantum dot nanoparticles 200 are surrounded by the hollow silica nanoparticles 100 and the quantum dot nanoparticles 200, Has a structure formed by a predetermined reactive functional group or an amphoteric functional group.

When stable nanoparticles such as hollow silica nanoparticles (100) are used as a core support, it is easy to control the size thereof, and nanoparticles of various sizes can be fabricated in a stable structure. As a result, It has a characteristic that a label can be obtained. Further, since the plurality of quantum dot nanoparticles 200 are bonded to the surface of the hollow silica nanoparticle core 100, the advantage of using a single quantum dot is much greater than that of using a single quantum dot. . That is, by controlling the size of the hollow silica nanoparticle core 100, it is possible to control the size of the quantum dot nanoparticle 200 as a ligand to be bonded thereto, thereby facilitating the control of the emission wavelength, The number of the quantum dot nanoparticles 200 bonded to the silica particle core 100 is maximized, thereby maximizing the luminous efficiency. That is, even if the emission efficiency of the individual quantum dot nanoparticles 200 is low, since they are adhered to the hollow silica nanoparticle cores in a large amount, the emission efficiency can be remarkably improved as compared with the conventional quantum dots.

Particularly, the reactive functional group binds the hollow silica nanoparticles 100 and the quantum dot nanoparticles 200 by covalent bonding, and the stability due to photobleaching is reduced due to the strong bonding between the two. And it is possible to maintain the inherent luminescence characteristics of the quantum dot in long-term continuous use. Such a reactive functional group will be described later.

The quantum dot-containing nanoparticles having the hollow silica nanoparticle core (100) -QD nanoparticle (200) structure according to the first embodiment of the present invention having the above-described structure are excellent in light emission efficiency A light emitting device such as a light emitting diode (LED), a single electron transistor, a photosensitizer for a solar cell, and a light source. For example, a method of forming a thin film by coating a composition including the quantum dot-containing nanoparticles on a substrate can be used.

The hollow silica nanoparticle core (100) -QD nanoparticle (200) -silica shell (300) structure of quantum dot-containing hollow silica nanoparticles according to the second embodiment of the present invention as shown in FIG. A silica shell 300 having biocompatibility and hydrophilicity for preventing the toxicity of the bio-labeling material is coated on the outermost portion of the bio-labeling material or bio-labeling tag.

Hereinafter, the constitution of the present invention will be discussed in more detail.

The hollow silica nanoparticle core 100 preferably has a predetermined magnetic property. The hollow silica nanoparticle core 100 may be manufactured by a known method such as a wet method, a drying method, or a vacuum method. For example, microemulsion, Stober, pulverization, precipitation, coprecipitation, polyol, high temperature decomposition of organic precursor, solution technique, aerosol / bubble technology, spray pyrolysis, plasma atomization, laser pyrolysis etc. So long as it is a method capable of producing water-soluble magnetic body nanoparticles. The hollow silica nanoparticle core 100 used in the present invention has a diameter of 50 nm to 2 占 퐉, more preferably 100 to 500 nm. Considering the size of the quantum dot nanoparticles, it is possible to effectively attach a plurality of quantum dot nanoparticles within the above range, and the quantum dot-containing nanoparticles can be suitably used for the phosphor.

On the other hand, the thickness of the shell itself of the silica nanoparticle core 100 forming the hollow space is not particularly limited, but may be thicker when the diameter of the silica nanoparticle core 100 is increased, for example, from 5 nm to 100 nm , Or 10 to 30 nm, or 10 to 20 nm. When the thickness of the silica nanoparticle core is maintained, the entire weight of the silica nanoparticle core can be reduced while maintaining the shape of the core.

The apparent density of the nanoparticle-containing nanoparticles described above can be reduced due to the hollow shape of the hollow. The apparent density can be reduced, for example, by a ratio of 10 to 90%, preferably 30 to 80%, more preferably 40 to 70% of the true density when the inside is filled with no hollow.

The quantum dot nanoparticles 200 may be a semiconductor of a group II-VI system, a system of a III-V system, or a system of a general semiconductor selected from the group IV-IV system semiconductors. The semiconductor quantum dot nanoparticles may have a single core structure or a core / cap structure in which a II-VI system semiconductor is capped with the single core structure. It is possible. Here, the quantum dots corresponding to the core of a single core or core / cap structure may be any of the above types of semiconductors. For example, the semiconductor of the group II- CdSe, CdTe, ZnSe, ZnS, PbS, PbSe, HgS, HgSe, HgTe, HgSe, HgSe, HgSe, HgSe, CdHgTe, and CdSe x Te 1-x . Examples of the III-V group semiconductors include GaAs, InAs and InP. Of the semiconductor materials, II-VI series semiconductors are most preferably used as cores and have a diameter of 1 to 20 nm, more preferably 2 to 10 nm. In the center / shell (core / cap) structure, a cap is a semiconductor quantum dot which forms a coating layer on the surface of a core semiconductor by bonding with the core semiconductor quantum dots. Namely, nanoparticles having higher light emitting efficiency than the single core structure can be obtained by the core / cap structure. The cap has a band gap larger than that of the core semiconductor and functions as a passivation layer for protecting the core semiconductor from the outside. As such a cap, a II-VI group semiconductor having a high band gap is used. For example, ZnS, CdS, and ZnSe can be preferably used. In the combination of the core / cap structure using the core / cap structure, when the core is composed of CdSe or CdS, the cap can use ZnS, and when the core is CdSe, CdS or ZnSe is used as the cap. Can be used without.

The reactive functional group to be used in the present invention is a hollow silica nanoparticle core (100) -QD nanoparticle (200) in the first embodiment or a hollow silica nanoparticle core (100) in the second embodiment- In the nanoparticle 200-silica shell 300 structure, it serves to bond the quantum dot nanoparticles 200 with the hollow silica nanoparticle core 100 or the silica shell 300. The reactive functional group imparts hydrophilicity to a quantum dot having a hydrophobic surface so as to be able to bind to silica which is a hydrophilic substance, and also prevents quantum dots from losing long-term luminescent properties. Accordingly, such a reactive functional group may have a hydrophilic moiety. Preferably, such hydrophilic moieties are exposed outward relative to the quantum dot nanoparticles 200. Specifically, one of the atoms of the sulfur nanoparticle core (100) or the silica shell (300) is contained on one side and the other one of atoms of sulfur, nitrogen or phosphorus is directly bonded to the quantum dot nanoparticle (200) Lt; RTI ID = 0.0 > a < / RTI > hydrophilic substituent.

That is, the reactive functional group is preferably a silane functional group having a silane group as a hydrophilic substituent.

Hereinafter, a method for producing hollow quantum dot-containing hollow silica nanoparticles according to the present invention will be described.

FIG. 3 is a flowchart showing a method for producing hollow-type silica nanoparticles containing quantum dots according to an embodiment of the present invention.

First, a method for producing hollow quantum dot-containing hollow silica nanoparticles according to the first embodiment of the present invention having the hollow silica nanoparticle core (100) -QD nanoparticle (200) structure comprises the first surface modification step S10) and a quantum dot combining step (S20).

Preparation of hollow silica nanoparticle cores

Hollow silica nanoparticle cores of various sizes were prepared by the STOPBER method or the microemulsion method. The hollow silica nanoparticle cores prepared by the above-mentioned Stover method had diameters of 100 nm, 200 nm, and 400 nm, and those prepared by the microemulsion method had a size of 50 nm. At this time, was a more efficient method according to the testosterone beobeop than microemulsions method, created in this way there is the silica nanoparticles catch the decomposition and the synthesis conditions by Ammonium hydroxide solution (NH 4 OH, ~ 28% NH 3 in water) At this time, 0.02 gmL - Concentration at 1 ~ 0.03 gmL -1 is appropriate. If the concentration is too high, it is difficult to maintain the shape of the sphere by decomposition. Conversely, if it is too low, the hollow space may be too small and the effect may be decreased. In this case, PVP, a dispersing activator, can be used to prevent aggregation, and the reaction time can be further reduced by setting the temperature between 50 ° C and 70 ° C. The resulting nanoparticles are then purified using ethanol and centrifuge and redispersed in ethanol for the next step.

(S10)The surface modification step (S10)

The first surface modification step (S10) is a reactive compound for generating the above-described 'reactive functional group', which comprises a phosphine group, an amine group or a thiol group functional group on one side And reacting a compound containing a hydrophilic substituent group on the other side with an empty silica nanoparticle core in a hydrophilic organic solvent to modify the surface of the hollow silica nanoparticle core. Here, as the hydrophilic organic solvent, a relatively hydrophilic solvent such as an aqueous ammonia solution (NH 4 OH (aq)), ethanol, or methanol is used.

In FIG. 3, ethanol was used as a hydrophilic organic solvent, and 3-mercaptopropyltrimethoxysilane (hereinafter referred to as MPTS) was used as a reactive compound. The process of dispersing the silica nanoparticle core 100 is shown. For example, 600 μL of a 100 nm hollow silica nanoparticle mixed with MPTS at a concentration of 50 mg / mL is added to an eppendorf tube, and then 400 μl of ethanol or methanol is added to make 1 mL, which is reacted with stirring. By the above reaction, the surface modification is performed while the thiol group is introduced on the surface of the hollow silica nanoparticle core 100.

(S20)The quantum dot joining step (S20)

In the quantum dot bonding step S20, solid phase quantum dot nanoparticles 200 are added to the hydrophilic organic solvent to couple a plurality of quantum dot nanoparticles to the surface of the hollow silica nanoparticle core. As described above, in the case of general quantum dot nanoparticles, a hydrophobic substance such as TOPO is coated on the surface and is dispersed in a hydrophobic solvent. The quantum dot nanoparticles dispersed in the hydrophobic solvent and the hydrophilic substance dispersed in a hydrophilic solvent (ethanol, methanol, etc.) It is difficult to directly introduce vacant silica nanoparticles into the nanoparticles. In the past, a method of modifying the surface of the nanoparticles by adding a material such as polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP) was generally used. However, when the surface modifier is additionally added in this manner, there is a problem that the luminous efficiency of the quantum dots produced is lowered. In the present invention, since the process of dispersing the quantum dot nanoparticles into the hydrophobic solvent is omitted, The organic quantum dot nanoparticles in which only a small amount of hydrophobic solvent is left on the surface of the quantum dot nanoparticles (for example, 10 to 50% of the hydrophobic solvent in the whole reaction solution is contained) A method in which the nanoparticle core 100 is directly added to a dispersed hydrophilic solvent was used. As a result, a small amount of the hydrophobic solvent existing on the surface of the quantum dot nanoparticles is dissolved in a large amount of the hydrophilic organic solvent, and the quantum dot nanoparticles 200 are not dispersed in the solvent. Are reacted in a dispersed form. Since the surface modification is performed so that the quantum dot nanoparticles 200 can be well introduced into the hollow silica nanoparticles 100, the quantum dot nanoparticles 200 added and the hollow silica nanoparticles dispersed in the organic solvent (100) are brought into contact with each other.

The hollow core particle and the quantum dot nanoparticle may be bonded by a bond selected from the group consisting of covalent bond, ionic bond, and physical adsorption. For example, the covalent bond may be formed by a functional group that includes any one atom of sulfur, nitrogen, or phosphorus bonded to the quantum dot nanoparticles on one side and binds to the hollow core particle on the other side.

In this case, the functional group may be selected from the group consisting of a silane group, an amino group, a sulfone group, a carboxyl group and a hydroxy group.

Next, a method for producing quantum dot-containing hollow silica nanoparticles according to the second embodiment of the present invention having the hollow silica nanoparticle core (100) -QD nanoparticle (200) -silica shell (300) , And further comprises a second surface modification step (S30) and a skin coating step (S40) after the manufacturing method of the first embodiment.

(S30)The second surface modification step (S30)

The second surface modification step S30 is a step of modifying the surface by reacting the quantum dot nanoparticles with the same reactive compound as that used in the first surface modification step S10 after joining the quantum dots S20, Is performed in the same manner as the first surface modification step (S10).

(S40)Shell coating step (S40)

The core particle and the quantum dot nanoparticle may further include an inorganic or polymeric shell.

The core particle and the quantum dot nanoparticle may be bonded to each other by a bond selected from the group consisting of covalent bonding, ionic bonding and physical adsorption.

The covalent bond may be formed by a functional group that includes any one of sulfur, nitrogen, or phosphorus bonded to the quantum dot nanoparticles on one side and binds to the core particle or shell on the other side.

In the shell coating step S40, the surface of the surface-modified quantum dot nanoparticles 200 may be coated with silica 300, for example, after the second surface modification step S30. To this end, the surface-modified hollow silica nanoparticle core (100) -QD nanoparticle (200) composite particles are dispersed in a hydrophilic aqueous solution and then tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) solution and ammonia (NH 4 OH) To induce the silica shell to be formed on the surface of the composite particle. In the present invention, as the amount of tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) as a raw material of silica increases, the silica shell 300 of the nanoparticles becomes thicker, so that the size of nanoparticles obtained by controlling the amount of TEOS can be controlled. The composite nanoparticles thus prepared are water-soluble and dispersed in water.

As a method of coating the quantum dots on the surface of the existing silica, the surface of the silica beads was substituted with an amine group or a carboxyl group, and the quantum dots were also replaced with water-soluble groups such as an amine group or a carboxyl group, and these were coated with a shell through an amide bond or the like. However, in this method, the surface of the quantum dot itself is replaced with water, etc. In this case, most of the efficiency is reduced by 50% or more and the yield is also reduced by 50% or more, In order to prevent agglomeration of the beads, a dispersion activator called PPV is used. However, when this method is used, there is a problem in the process of coating the final shell.

However, when the composite nanoparticles are prepared according to the method for producing hollow quantum-dot-containing hollow silica nanoparticles according to the present invention, the quantum dots of the undissolved solid phase or the organic solvent may be added without any additional substance such as PVP As it is, the lowering rate of QY is minimized, and the stability of the photobleaching can be prevented because the bonding between the silica and the quantum dots is due to the covalent bond, which is significantly stronger than the electrostatic attraction.

The quantum dot-containing hollow silica nanoparticles thus prepared according to the present invention can be combined with various materials such as negatively charged genes, nucleic acids, antibodies, cancer cells and normal cells on the surface of the surface-modified silica shell, , It can be applied to an electronic product such as a light emitting device, a single electron transistor, a photosensitizer for a solar cell, and a light source, when the luminescent efficiency is maximized by using it without using a silica shell.

According to the present invention, since the luminous efficiency is excellent and the number of introduced quantum dots is large, each nanoparticle can exhibit strong fluorescence characteristics and can be utilized as a flat panel display device when used as it is without surface modification, When the silica coating is performed on the outermost surface, the labeled target substance can be analyzed with a sensitive sensitivity, the stability can be improved due to no occurrence of photobleaching, the surface modification can be easily performed, and it can be utilized as a bioanalyzer display material.

Further, according to the present invention, since the silica nanoparticles are used as the core support, the present invention has a stable structure and thus has a merit that not only a more diverse labeling is possible, but also the particle size can be controlled. Due to these advantages, it can be widely used not only in the fields of medicine, pharmacology and chemistry such as detection of biomaterials, but also in electric and electronic fields.

Since hollow particles are used, the buoyancy of the particles is improved to solve the sedimentation problem in the polymer resin, so that the density of particles used in the product can be kept constant and the reproducibility of the optical characteristics can be maintained when applied to a display product.

Hereinafter, hollow quantum dot-containing hollow silica nanoparticles according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to examples.

(1)Preparation of hollow silica nanoparticle cores (1)

(Si (OC 2 H 5 ) 4 or TEOS, 98%)) and an aqueous solution of ammonium hydrate (tetraethyl orthosilicate, (Ammonium hydroxide solution, (NH 4 OH, ~ 28% NH 3 in water)) was stirred at room temperature for about 20 hours to form silica beads. Subsequently, the beads were immersed in a centrifuge and purified three times with ethanol to obtain pure beads, thereby synthesizing beads having a size of 100 nm to 300 nm. In order to make the finished beads hollow, 0.3 g of silica beads are firstly stirred sufficiently by mixing in 10 ml of polyvinylpyrrolidone (PVP, K30), dispersed evenly, and then 0.6 g of sodium borohydride (NaBH 4 , 99%) The temperature is gradually increased from room temperature to 70 ° C, but the most optimal temperature range is between 50 ° C and 65 ° C. Depending on the reaction temperature, the reaction time can be selected. The higher the temperature, the shorter the reaction time. The reaction time can be selected from 3 hours to 10 days. When the reaction is completed, purification is carried out through a centrifugal separator and ethanol purification to obtain hollow silica nanoparticles having a shell thickness of 10 nm at a level of 20 nm and dispersed in ethanol for the next reaction.

(2)Introduction of quantum dot nanoparticles into hollow silica nanoparticle cores (2)

1 ml of 1% (v / v) 3-mercaptopropyl trimethoxysilane (MPTS) was added to the hollow silica nanoparticle core prepared in the above Example, and 25 μl of 25% ammonia water NH 4 OH (aq)) was added and stirred at 25 ° C for 12 hours to introduce a thiol group onto the hollow silica nanoparticle core surface. The core of the magnetic nanoparticles was washed with ethanol and then 10 mg of solid phase nanoparticles (CdSe / ZnS) was added thereto to bind the quantum dot nanoparticles generating fluorescence around the hollow silica nanoparticle core into which the thiol group was introduced. And the mixture was stirred for 5 minutes. The chloroform solution was then added and stirred for an additional 10 minutes. Thereafter, the hollow silica nanoparticle core (composite nanoparticle) into which the precipitated quantum dot nanoparticles were introduced by centrifugation was left, and the remaining filtrate was removed. The precipitated composite nanoparticles were stirred to be well dispersed in chloroform. An electron micrograph of the composite nanoparticles thus prepared is shown in FIG.

(3)Surface modification of hollow silica nanoparticle cores incorporating QD nanoparticles (3)

To coat the obtained composite particle with silica shell, 200 μl of MPTS was added, and the mixture was stirred at 25 ° C for 15 minutes. Thereafter, it was washed three times with ethanol to obtain a surface-modified silica-quantum dot composite particle.

(4)Formation of silica shell on surface modified hollow silica-quantum dot composite particle (4)

In order to form a silica shell around the obtained composite particles, the composite particles were dispersed in 1 ml of an aqueous solution, followed by the addition of 20 쨉 l of TEOS and the mixture was stirred at 25 캜 for 12 hours. The resulting agglomerates were washed with water and ethanol three times, respectively. Thus, silica-quadrangular complex particles coated with silica shell, that is, hollow silica nanoparticles containing quantum dots according to the present invention were obtained. (Emission color: green) An electron micrograph of the composite nanoparticles thus prepared is shown in FIG. As shown.

Measurement of quantum yield (QY)

The quantum dot containing silica nanoparticles prepared according to the above examples were examined for the presence or absence of light emission by a UV lamp in a dark room, and QY was specifically measured. QY measurements were made using the Jasco FP-6500 Spectrofluorometer integrated sphere system. The object to be measured is the silica nanoparticle dispersion (A) obtained by the production step (1), the particle dispersion (B) having the quantum dots introduced into the silica surface obtained by the production step (2) Quantum dot composite particle (C) obtained by introducing a silica shell.

As shown in FIG. 6, the samples A, B, and C were observed with a UV lamp in a dark room. As a result, the pure silica nanoparticles (A) And that the degree of emission of C is somewhat weaker than that of B even if it is visually confirmed. This is due to the addition of the silica shell, as described above, and the quantitative QY thereof is as shown in Table 1 below.

That is, as shown in Table 1, the intrinsic QY of the CdSe / ZnS quantum dot nanoparticles having a core / shell structure is 70%, and when the quantum dots are introduced into the silica nanoparticle core, about 30% (C), there was an additional 20% luminescence loss. However, it can be seen that the degree of deterioration is remarkably lower than that in the case of manufacturing by a conventional method in which PVP and the like are added. The present invention has been described in detail with reference to the embodiments and the comparative examples with reference to the constitution as above. However, the scope of the present invention is not limited to the above embodiments, but may be embodied in various forms of embodiments within the scope of the appended claims. It will be understood by those skilled in the art that various changes in form and details may be made therein without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined by the appended claims.
