Claims (16)
- 랜드와 그루브를 갖고, 상기 랜드와 그루브의 양쪽에 데이터가 기록되는 광디스크에 있어서,상기 랜드의 중심과, 상기 랜드에 인접하는 그루브의 중심간의 간격이 0.28㎛ 이상이고, 사용자가 사용 가능한 데이터 용량의 전체 데이터 용량에 대한 비율인 데이터 효율이 80% 이상이며,사용자 데이터의 단위마다가 아니라 사용자 데이터의 복수 단위 마다 사용자 데이터 이외의 데이터를 부가하는 포맷을 채용하고 있는광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터의 기록에는, 변조 코드로서 3T계 변조 코드가 이용되는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 데이터의 기록에는 변조 코드로서 2T계 변조 코드가 이용되는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,오류 정정 부호로서 프로덕트 코드가 이용되는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 그루브는 워블링하고 있는 광디스크.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 그루브 및 상기 랜드가 형성된 디스크면 상에 마련된 광투과층을 갖고, 상기 광투과층의 두께가 0.2㎜ 이하인 광디스크.
- 랜드와 그루브를 갖고, 상기 랜드 또는 그루브 중 어느 한쪽에 데이터가 기록되는 광디스크에 있어서,상기 그루브 사이의 피치 및 상기 랜드 사이의 피치가 0.32㎛ 이상이며, 사용자가 사용 가능한 데이터 용량의 전체 데이터 용량에 대한 비율인 데이터 효율이 80% 이상이며,사용자 데이터의 단위마다가 아니라 사용자 데이터의 복수 단위 마다 사용자 데이터 이외의 데이터를 부가하는 포맷을 채용하고 있는광디스크.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 데이터의 기록에는, 변조 코드로서 3T계 변조 코드가 이용되는 광디스크.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 데이터의 기록에는, 변조 코드로서 2T계 변조 코드가 이용되는 광디스크.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,오류 정정 부호로서, 프로덕트 코드가 이용되는 광디스크.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 그루브는 워블링하고 있는 광디스크.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 그루브는 복수의 워블 패턴을 갖는 광디스크.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,상기 복수의 워블 패턴은 어드레스 정보를 나타내는 광디스크.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,상기 그루브 및 상기 랜드가 형성된 디스크면 상에 마련된 광투과층을 갖고, 상기 광투과층의 두께가 0.2㎜ 이하인 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,기록 용량이 23GB 이상인 광디스크.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 7 항에 있어서,상(相) 변화 매체 기록층을 갖고, 상기 데이터를 재기록할 수 있는 광디스크.
