Claims (18)
- 질산이온, 인산이온, 피로인산이온, 메타인산이온, 폴리인산이온, 메탄술폰산이온, 에탄술폰산이온, 도데실벤젠술폰산이온 및 프로판술폰산이온으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 브렌스테드 염기와 염소이온을 포함하는 산화티탄 졸.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 염소이온 및 브렌스테드 염기의 함유량은 산화티탄 졸 중의 총 음이온 함유량으로서 50~10,000ppm의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 산화티탄 입자는 평균입경이 0.01~0.1㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 산화티탄 졸 중의 산화티탄 입자의 함유량이 0.05~10몰/리터의 범위인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 10~10,000ppm의 수용성 고분자를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 접착제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 접착제가 알킬 실리케이트를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸.
- 질산이온, 인산이온, 피로인산이온, 메타인산이온, 폴리인산이온, 메탄술폰산이온, 에탄술폰산이온, 도데실벤젠술폰산이온 및 프로판술폰산이온으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 브렌스테드 염기를 함유하는 용액의 존재하에 사염화티탄을 가수분해하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 염소이온 및 염소이온 이외의 다른 적어도 1종의 브렌스테드 염기를 포함하는 산화티탄 졸의 제조법.
- 제 8 항에 있어서, 염소이온 및 브렌스테드 염기의 양이 결과의 산화티탄 졸이 염소이온 및 브렌스테드 염기를 산화티탄 졸 중의 총 음이온 함유량으로서 50~ 10,000ppm 범위의 함유량으로 함유하도록 하는 양인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸의 제조법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 환류 냉각기를 구비한 반응조에서 사염화티탄의 가수분해를 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸의 제조법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 브렌스테드 염기가 질산이온 및 인산이온으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸의 제조법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항에 있어서, 브렌스테드 염기가 피로인산이온, 메타인산이온, 폴리인산이온, 메탄술폰산이온, 에탄술폰산이온, 도데실벤젠술폰산이온 및 프로판술폰산이온으로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 이온인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 졸의 제조법.
- 제 8 항 또는 제 9 항의 제조법에 의해 제조된 산화티탄 졸로부터 얻어진 산화티탄 입자.
- 제 1 항의 산화티탄 졸로부터 기재의 표면에 형성된 산화티탄 박막.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 기재가 세라믹스, 금속, 유리, 플라스틱, 종이 및 목재로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 물질로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 박막.
- 제 14 항에 있어서, 기재가 세라믹스, 금속, 유리로 구성되는 군으로부터 선 택된 적어도 1종의 내열성 물질로 만들어지고, 산화티탄 박막이 소성한 것인 것을 특징으로 하는 산화티탄 박막.
- 제 1 항의 산화티탄 졸로 기재의 표면을 코팅함으로써 제조된 물품.
- 제 17 항에 있어서, 기재가 세라믹스, 금속, 유리, 플라스틱, 종이 및 목재로 구성되는 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 1종의 물질로 만들어진 것을 특징으로 하는 물품.
