Abstract
Description
Claims (35)
- (1) 자성 또는 금속 선구물질을 계면활성제 또는 계면활성제를 포함하는 유기용매에 첨가하여 혼합 용액을 제조하는 단계, (2) 상기 혼합 용액을 230~500℃로 가열하여 상기 선구물질을 열분해시켜 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자가 형성되도록 하는 단계 및 (3) 상기 나노입자를 분리하는 단계를 포함한 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 자성 선구물질은 금속 니트레이트 계열의 화합물, 금속 설페이트 계열의 화합물, 금속 플루오르아세토아세테이트 계열의 화합물, 금속 할라이드(MXa, M=Ti, Zr, Ta, Nb, Mn, Sr, Ba, W, Mo, Sn, Pb, X=F, Cl, Br, I, 0<a≤5) 계열의 화합물, 금속 퍼클로로레이트 계열의 화합물, 금속 썰파메이트 계열의 화합물, 금속 스티어레이트 계열의 화합물 및 유기 금속 계열의 화합물로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 니트레이트 계열의 화합물은 철(II) 니트레이트, 철(III) 니트레이트, 망간 니트레이트, 코발트 니트레이트, 아연 니트레이트, 니켈 니트레이트 및 구리 니트레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징 으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 설페이트 계열의 화합물은 철 설페이트(II), 철 설페이트(III), 망간 설페이트, 코발트 설페이트, 니켈 설페이트,구리 설페이트 및 아연 설페이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 플루오르아세토아세테이트 계열의 화합물은 철 트리플루오르아세토아세테이트, 코발트 헥사플루오르아세토아세테이트, 망간 헥사플루오르아세토아세테이트, 니켈 헥사플루오르아세토아세테이트, 구리 헥사플루오르아세토아세테이트 및 아연 헥사플루오르아세토아세테이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 할라이드 계열의 화합물은 철(II) 클로라이드, 철(III) 클로라이드, 코발트 클로라이드, 니켈 클로라이드, 구리 클로라이드, 아연 클로라이드, 게돌리늄 클로라이드, 철(II) 브로마이드, 철(III) 브로마이드, 코발트 브로마이드, 니켈 브로마이드, 구리 브로마이드, 아연 브로마이드, 철(II) 아이오다이드, 철(III) 아이오다이드, 망간 아이오다이드, 니켈 아이오다이드, 구리 아이오다이드, 아연 아이오다이드 및 코발트 아이오다이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 퍼클로로레이트 계열의 화합물은 철(III) 퍼클로로레이트, 코발트 퍼클로로레이트, 망간 퍼클로로레이트, 니켈 퍼클로로레이트, 구리 퍼클로로레이트 및 아연 퍼클로로레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 썰파메이트 계열의 화합물은 철 썰파메이트, 망간 썰파메이트, 니켈 썰파메이트, 코발트 썰파메이트, 구리 썰파메이트 및 아연 썰파메이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 스티어레이트 계열의 화합물은 철 스티어레이트, 망간 스티어레이트, 니켈 스티어레이트, 구리 스티어레이트, 코발트 스티어레이트 및 아연 스티어레이트로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 2항에 있어서, 상기 유기 금속 계열의 화합물은 철(III) 메죠 테트라페닐포르핀 옥소 다이머, 트리스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-3,5-헵탄다이오네이트)철(III), 비스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-3,5-헵탄다이오네이트)니켈, 비스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-3,5-헵탄다이오네이트)코발트, 비스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-3,5-헵탄다이오네이트)구 리, 비스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-3,5-헵탄다이오네이트)아연 및 비스(2,2,6,6-테트라메틸-3,5-헵탄다이오네이트)망간으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 선구물질은 금속 할라이드(MXa, M=Ti, Zr, Ta, Nb, Mn, Sr, Ba, W, Mo, Sn, Pb, X=F, Cl, Br, I, 0<a≤5) 계열의 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 11항에 있어서, 상기 금속 할라이드 계열의 화합물은 타이타늄 테트라클로라이드, 지르코늄 테트라클로라이드, 탄탈늄 펜타클로라이드, 주석 테트라클로라이드, 텅스텐 클로라이드, 몰리브데늄 테트라클로라이드, 망간 클로라이드, 타이타늄 테트라브로마이드, 지르코늄 테트라브로마이드, 탄탈늄 펜타브로마이드, 주석 테트라브로마이드 및 망간 브로마이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 유기산(CnCOOH, Cn: 탄화수소, 7≤n≤30)과 유기 아민(CnNH2, Cn: 탄화수소, 7≤n≤30), 알칸 티올(Cn SH, Cn: 탄화수소, 7≤n≤30), 포스포닉산(CnPO(OH)2, Cn: 탄화수소, 7≤n≤30), 알킬 포스페이트, 트리옥틸 포스핀 옥사이드, 트리부틸 포스핀, 알킬 설페이트 및 테트라알킬 암모늄 할 라이드로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 유기산은 올레산, 라우르산, 스테아르산, 미스테르산 및 헥사테카노익산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 유기 아민은 올레일 아민, 라우릴 아민, 트리옥틸 아민, 다이옥틸 아민 및 헥사데실 아민으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 알칸 티올은 도데칸 티올, 헥사데칸 티올 및 헵타데칸 티올로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 13항에 있어서, 상기 포스포닉산은 테트라데실 포스포닉산 또는 옥타세실 포스포닉산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 유기용매는 에테르계 화합물(Cn2O, Cn:탄화수소, 5≤n≤30), 탄화수소류(CnHm, 7≤n≤30), 유기산(CnCOOH, Cn: 탄화수소, 7≤n≤30), 유기 아민(CnNH2, Cn: 탄화수소, 7≤n≤30) 및 알칸 티올(CnSH, Cn: 탄화수소, 7≤n≤30)로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 에테르계 화합물은 옥틸 에테르, 벤질 에테르 및 페닐 에테르로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소류는 헥사 데칸, 헵타 데칸 및 옥타 데칸으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 유기산은 올레산, 라우르산, 스테아르산, 미스테르산 및 헥사테카노익산으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 유기 아민은 올레일 아민, 트리옥틸 아민, 다이옥틸 아민 및 헥사데실 아민으로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 18항에 있어서, 상기 알칸 티올은 도데칸 티올, 헥사데칸 티올 및 헵타데칸 티올로 이루어진 그룹으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 계면활성제는 선구물질의 1 내지 100배의 양으로 혼합 용액에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 용매는 선구물질의 1 내지 100배의 양으로 혼합 용액에 포함되는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 자성 선구물질을 포함하는 혼합 용액은 50 내지 600℃에서 30분 내지 3시간동안 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 금속 선구물질을 포함하는 혼합 용액은 50 내지 600℃에서 1분 내지 2시간동안 가열하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 자성 선구물질의 농도를 조절하여 자성 산화물 나노입자의 크기를 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 1종의 계면활성제가 이용된 경우에는 이의 농도를 조절하며, 2종의 계면활성제가 이용된 경우에는 이들의 성분비를 조절하여 금속 산화물 나노입자의 직경을 조절하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 자성 산화물 나노입자는 단일 자성 산화물 나노입자 또는 복합 자성 산화물 나노입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 30항에 있어서, 상기 단일 자성 산화물 나노입자는 MxOy(M=Fe, Ni, Co, Gd, Mn, Zn, Cr, Cu, 0<x≤3, 0<y≤4)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화 물 나노입자의 제조 방법
- 제 30항에 있어서, 상기 복합 자성 산화물 나노입자는 MM'2O4(M 및 M'=Co, Ni, Mn, Zn, Gd, Cr)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 나노입자는 단일 금속 산화물 나노입자 또는 복합 금속 산화물 나노입자인 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 33항에 있어서, 상기 단일 금속 산화물 나노입자는 MxOy(M=Ti, Zr, Ta, Nb, Mn, Sr, Ba, W, Mo, Sn, Pb, 0<x≤3, 0<y≤5)인 것을 특징으로 하는 자성 또는 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
- 제 33항에 있어서, 상기 복합 금속 산화물 나노입자는 BaTiO3, PbTiO3, ZrTiO3, BaSrxTi1-x 또는 PbZrxTi1-xO3 (0≤x≤1)인 것을 특징으로 하는 복합 금속 산화물 나노입자의 제조방법.
