Claims (10)
- a) i) 세륨 니트레이트(cerium nitrate),ii) 알코올계 유기용매 및 글리콜계 유기용매로 이루어진 군으로부터 1종 이상 선택되는 유기용매, 및 물의 혼합 중량비가 0.1:1 내지 5:1인 혼합용매, 및iii) NaOH, KOH, 및 암모니아수로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 pH 조정제를 혼합하여 20 내지 80 ℃의 침전 반응온도로 침전시켜 수산화 세륨을 제조하는 단계;b) 상기 수산화 세륨을 물로 세척하는 단계; 및c) 상기 a)단계의 수산화 세륨을 수열반응시키는 단계를 포함하는 단결정 산화 세륨(CeO2) 나노 분말의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 c)단계의 수열반응은 염화나트륨, 질산, 또는 우레아를 추가로 가하여 실시되는 단결정 산화 세륨(CeO2) 나노 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 단결정 산화 세륨 나노 분말의 입자 크기가 30 내지 300 ㎚인 단결정 산화 세륨(CeO2) 나노 분말의 제조방법.
