Claims (7)
- 밀폐된 반응기내에 기상의 탄화수소 화합물과 상기 탄화수소 화합물에 대하여 부피비로 10 내지 300% 산소를 혼합한 기상 혼합물에, 상기 탄화수소 화합물의 중량을 기준으로 0.5 내지 20 중량%의 금속촉매 전구체와 0.05 내지 5 중량%의 황 전구체를 혼합한 후, 점화에 의한 폭발반응에 의해 합성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 단층 탄소 나노튜브의 합성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 탄화수소 화합물이 메탄, 에틸렌, 아세틸렌, 프로필렌, 에탄, 프로판, 부탄 가스 등에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물이고;상기 산소는 순수한 산소 가스이거나 불활성 가스와의 혼합 가스이고;상기 금속촉매 전구체는 페로신(ferrocene), 코발트신(cobaltocene), 철 펜타카르보닐(iron pentacarbonyl), 니켈 카르보닐(nickel carbonyl) 등에서 선택된 하나 또는 둘 이상의 혼합물이고;상기 황 전구체는 티오펜인 것을 특징으로 하는 단층 탄소 나노튜브의 합성방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 금속촉매 전구체와 황 전구체는 상기 비율로 혼합된 후, 버블러(또는 기화기)를 통해 반응로 안으로 공급되거나, 초음파로 기화시킨후 반응기내로 주입되는 탄화수소 화합물 가스와 함께 반응기 안으로 공급되는 것을특징으로 하는 단층 탄소 나노튜브의 합성방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항에 따른 폭발반응에 의한 단층 탄소 나노튜브 합성을 위한 장치로서,기상의 탄화수소 화합물, 산소 등의 반응물 가스와 금속촉매 전구체 및 황 전구체를 공급하는 공급부; 액상 또는 고상의 금속촉매 전구체와 황 전구체를 기화시키는 기화부; 폭발반응이 일어나는 밀폐된 반응부; 반응부안의 혼합 가스를 점화하여 폭발시키기 위한 점화부; 및 반응 생성물을 배출시키기 위한 배출부;를 포함하는 것으로 구성되어있는 것을 특징으로 하는 단층 탄소 나노튜브 합성장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 반응부는 냉각수가 순환할 수 있는 유통로를 주변에 가진 이중벽 구조의 반응관으로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 단층 탄소 나노튜브 합성장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 공급부(또는 배출부)가 위치하는 반응부의 측면은 피스톤부로 구성되고 반응부의 나머지 부분인 실린더부의 내부로 움직일 수 있는 구조로 되어있어서, 가스 혼합물 등이 주입된 상태에서는 피스톤부가 실린더부의 안으로 이동하여 압력을 높이는 구조인 것을 특징으로 하는 단층 탄소 나노튜브 합성장치.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 점화부는 스파크식 점화플러그, 전기적 히터 또는 발열 레이저인 것을 특징으로 하는 단층 탄소 나노튜브의 합성장치.
