Claims (8)
- 貫通孔が形成されたインペラと、
前記貫通孔に挿通されたシャフトと、
前記シャフトのうち、前記貫通孔から突出する先端部にかしめられた締結部材と、
を備える過給機。 - 前記締結部材は、
前記シャフトの先端部が挿通される挿通孔が形成された本体を有し、
前記シャフトのうち、前記先端部の外周面に溝部が形成され、前記溝部に、前記締結部材の挿通孔の内周面が進入している請求項1に記載の過給機。 - 前記溝部は、前記シャフトの周方向に平行に延在する請求項2に記載の過給機。
- 前記締結部材の本体における外面のうち、前記インペラ側には、前記外面から径方向に突出するフランジ部が形成される請求項2に記載の過給機。
- 前記締結部材の本体における外面のうち、前記インペラ側には、前記外面から径方向に突出するフランジ部が形成される請求項3に記載の過給機。
- 貫通孔が形成されたインペラと、シャフトとを備える過給機の組立方法であって、
前記貫通孔に前記シャフトを挿通する工程と、
前記シャフトのうち、前記貫通孔から突出する先端部に、締結部材をかしめる工程と、
を含む過給機の組立方法。 - 前記締結部材をかしめる工程は、
前記インペラの貫通孔から突出する前記シャフトの先端部を、前記締結部材の本体に形成された挿通孔に挿通する工程と、
前記シャフトを引っ張る荷重を付加する工程と、
前記締結部材の外面から前記シャフトの軸中心側に向かって押圧力を作用させた治具を、前記シャフトの軸方向に移動させて前記締結部材を押圧し、前記締結部材を前記シャフトにかしめる工程と、
を含む請求項6に記載の過給機の組立方法。 - 前記治具を前記シャフトの軸方向に移動させて前記締結部材を押圧し、前記締結部材を前記シャフトにかしめる工程において、前記治具を、前記シャフトの軸方向に、前記インペラから離隔する方向に移動させる請求項7に記載の過給機の組立方法。
