弾性表面波共振子と前記発振用増幅回路の間に発
振をさせるための正帰還をかけるよう接続された
第１及び第２の接続ラインと、前記弾性表面波共
振子を加熱するため前記弾性表面波共振子と熱的
に結合状態にある発熱体を誘電体基板上配置した
