筒状の上部本体の下端と同下部本体の上端とに
ねじ部を設け、同ねじ部を螺合して便器本体を形
成し、さらに防水性のある柔軟な厚手の外袋を便
器本体に挿入して同外袋の開口部を便器本体の上
部開口部の外側に折り返えし、かつ前記外袋の上
方から便座を便器本体の上部開口部に着脱自在に
冠着し、その上、防水性のある柔軟な薄手の内袋
の開口部に紐締付け又はゴム等による閉塞手段を
設け、同内装を前記外装に内装すると共に内袋の
開口部を便座の外側に折り返えして装着し、しか
も前記下部本体の上部外径を便座開口部より適宜
小さく形成して同下部本体を便座の上から上部本
