Abstract

PURPOSE:To easily and inexpensively form a panel provided with an uneven surface which has bulky feeling and is in a mode of a tile, by applying an inorganic curing material onto a joint lattice by mounting the joint lattice on a substrate sheet. CONSTITUTION:A joint lattice 12 which is of the same pattern as that of a joint to be formed and is in a predetermined thickness is mounted on a substrate sheet 10, and an air gap part of the joint lattice is filled with an inorganic curing material in a plasticized state by applying the same onto the joint lattice 12. The joint lattice is removed thereafter and simultaneously with curing of the inorganic curing material the same is stuck to the substrate sheet 10. With this construction, tilelike unevenness which is rich in texture and bulky feeling can be formed on the surface of a molded sheet at predetermined arrangement. Then the inorganic curing material with which the air gap part of the joint lattice 12 is filled becomes a tilelike protrusion corresponding to a thickness of the joint lattice. Moreover, a thickness of the joint lattice can be selected freely. In other words, an uneven state similar to that obtained by sticking an actual tile on the surface of the molded sheet can be realized easily.

(Prior Art) As shown in FIG. 8, an arrangement pattern of tiles 102 is attached to the surface of a molded board 100 such as an asbestos board, and the board is used as a wall material or the like. The conventional means for forming a tile pattern on the surface of a molded plate is a spraying method or a molding method. In the former spraying method, after the entire surface of the molded board is colored, a paper or plastic film acid mask with the same pattern as the joints is placed over the surface, and another colorant is sprayed over the mask. When removed, a tile arrangement pattern is formed there.

On the other hand, the latter molding method uses a mold having a shape corresponding to the tile arrangement pattern to integrally mold a molded plate, and forms the uneven pattern of the tiles on its surface.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the surface film of the molded plate obtained by the former spraying method is flat with almost no irregularities and has little change, and is beyond the level of what is called a coating. This spraying method has the disadvantage that spraying must be carried out at the construction site.

On the other hand, although the molded plate obtained by the latter molding method has some unevenness on the surface, the unevenness is shallow.

Not only is it not possible to fully express the texture and volume of the tiles, but it also requires a large mold, which increases equipment costs. In addition, it is not possible to fully express the texture and volume of the tiles, and the equipment cost is high. If you want to do this, it is difficult to do so because you have to prepare a large mold each time.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The manufacturing method of the present invention has been devised to solve the above problems, and its gist is to create joints similar to those to be formed on the base plate. A joint grid having a pattern and a predetermined thickness is placed, a plasticized inorganic hardening material is applied from above to fill the voids of the joint grid, and then the joint grid is removed while the inorganic hardening material is cured. At the same time, it is attached to the base plate.

(Function) According to the present invention, tile-like unevenness rich in texture and volume can be formed in a predetermined arrangement on the surface of a molded plate.
According to this method, the inorganic hardened material filled in the voids of the joint grid becomes tile-like protrusions with a height corresponding to the thickness of the joint grid, and the thickness of the joint grid can be freely selected. .

Further, according to the present invention, the shape and arrangement of the tile-like protrusions can be freely changed simply by changing the pattern of the joint grid. Moreover, since there is no need to use large-sized equipment, equipment costs and manufacturing costs are low, and in addition, the uneven pattern can be formed at the manufacturing stage in a factory, and there is an advantage that no on-site work is required.

First, as shown in FIG. 3, in one example in which an asbestos cement board 10 is prepared as a base board, the asbestos cement board IO has a thickness of 8 mm. After waterproofing this asbestos cement board IO, colored mortar is applied to its entire surface. As the colored mortar, for example, one having a composition in which the ratio of cement to sand is 1=0.5 to 1 by weight and contains an inorganic pigment can be used. The color of this colored mortar will later become the color of the joints.

At this time, as shown in the same figure, apply this mortar 20 2 to 31 times thicker than the thickness of the joint grid 12, and then apply a roller whose surface is irregularly shaped as shown in Fig. 6. 22 is placed on the mortar 20 and rotated while pressing. Now, FIGS. 1, 2, and 7 show a tile panel-like molded plate 24 formed in this manner. As shown in these figures, the tile-shaped mortar protrusions 28 formed on the base plate lO are tall (2 to 1
0+sm), rich in texture and volume. Therefore, when such a molded board 24 is used, for example, as a wall material, its deep unevenness provides an aesthetic appearance that cannot be obtained from conventional molded boards, that is, an aesthetic appearance similar to that obtained by pasting actual tiles on a base board. It will be done. On the other hand, since the surface of this molded plate 24 has an irregular uneven shape, and the side surface of the mortar convex portion 28 has an irregular shape as shown in FIG. 7, it is different from a normal tile panel. It also creates a unique sense of beauty.

For example, in addition to the above-mentioned asbestos-cement board, it is also possible to use a calcium silicate board, gypsum board, or plywood as the base board, and it is also possible to use gypsum, plaster, etc. other than mortar as the inorganic hardening material constituting the convex portion. It is possible. Furthermore, a predetermined pattern may be provided on the surface of the roller, and this pattern may be transferred to the surface of the convex portion.
