However, on the other hand, when this lightweight aerated concrete board receives impact during transportation or construction, due to its porosity, damage may occur at corners, ridges, etc. Conventional lightweight aerated concrete plates used as exterior materials for buildings have smooth surfaces, so even if a surface defect occurs, the surface can be repaired by filling the defective IM part with a repair material such as mortar. It is possible to repair it relatively easily by scraping it smooth with something like this.

If conventional repair methods are applied to this type of lightweight cellular concrete board when surface defects occur, the repaired area will become smooth even though the original surface is uneven, resulting in a significant loss of appearance. That's what happens. For this reason, it was difficult to repair surface defects in this type of lightweight aerated concrete plates, and in reality, those with large defects were discarded.

For example, this is done by projecting a large number of hard particles onto a lightweight aerated concrete plate formed and cut using a well-known method to erode the surface, thereby forming an uneven shape. Such lightweight aerated concrete board 1 is
If the surface is subjected to a large impact during transportation or construction, the surface may be damaged, and this damage may cause damage to the lightweight aerated concrete board 1.
An example of this occurring on the ridge is shown by the reference numeral "2" in FIG. 1(A). Such a sloped portion 2 is repaired as follows.

This repair material 4 is preferably, for example, a mortar-based repair material made by Morwhite (trade name) manufactured by Onoda NLC Co., Ltd., to which a curing accelerator and a small amount of aluminum powder are added, but it is not limited to this. It's not a thing.

Finish (see Figure 1 (C)). and,
After the repair material 4 has sufficiently hardened, a needle-shaped crushing tool 6 is attached to an air tool 5 that reciprocates a piston at high speed using, for example, compressed air, as shown in FIG. 1(D).
The entire surface of the repair material 4 is struck many times. Then,
Since the surface of the repair material 4 is crushed and becomes uneven, the surface of the defective part 2 becomes similar to the natural uneven surface of the lightweight aerated concrete board 1, making it difficult to distinguish. With this, even if the lightweight aerated concrete board 1 has a large defect, the defect can be easily repaired and the plate can be used without having to be disposed of. Moreover, especially if the repair material 4 to which a curing accelerator is added as in this embodiment is used, the initial setting time of the repair material 4 can be reduced to about 3 minutes at the minimum, and the setting time to the end of the repair material 4 to about 200 minutes at the shortest. , it is possible to significantly shorten the work time required for repair, and has great advantages in terms of construction efficiency and work costs.

It may be a so-called high-speed multi-needle hammer that is reciprocated with a hammer, or it may be struck with an iron hammer with a sharp tip. Furthermore, if a striking tool with a relatively wide striking surface that matches the uneven surface of the lightweight aerated concrete plate 1 is manufactured in advance, and this tool is attached to an air tool or the like to strike the surface of the repair material. Even if the area of the defect is large, repair work can be completed in an extremely short time. In this case, the crushing tool is, for example, the second crushing tool.
It can be manufactured as shown in the figure. First, by lightly bundling a large number of nails and applying the tips to the surface of the lightweight cellular concrete board 1, the position of the tip of each nail 7 follows the uneven surface of the lightweight cellular concrete board 1, and then ,
These nails 7 are then welded together in this state.

Various modifications may be made without departing from the scope of the invention, such as application to lightweight aerated concrete formed into irregularities by impact with a chisel tool rather than by projection of small steel balls.
